Welp turns out there was a number of poorly installed parts from the guys over @europlus_nj after thousands of dollars spent in this location the twin disc was installed improperly as well as the assembly associated with the block. I currently am another few grand in getting her back on the road and have all the trust in the world with my good friends over @wrenchbro@chelo201. There gonna be taking a drive to @maperformance to pick up a sleeved 4b11 block for me! After a new set of pistons, rebuilt twin disc, valves, some machine work for the valve seat and bam 💥 back in the game. But I will say I’m not one to bash others business but I’m quite frustrated with @europlus_nj and the service done on my vehicle. A little accountability goes a long way. I’m an honest guy and spend money without question on good work.

Some valve train goodies on our bench today for our good friend / customer @chrisharikian ‘s 2.0 build. @ferrearacing providing the ultimate performance valves, allowing us to seal the combustion in the cylinder on the freshly built motor, @gscpower Conical valve springs, to ensure harmonics do not make the valve bounce off the seat when the engine is operating in high boost, and @kelfordcams 214C’s providing 11.5mm of intake, and 11mm of exhaust valve lift, allowing our in house ported and polished head with modified exhaust ports to really allow the engine to move air freely. Building a high output engine is all about the harmony of high quality parts working together, and here at JRP, we never cheap out on any aspect of our builds, and the cylinder head is no different. Some @wpctreatment treated Evo X gears, and input & output cluster shafts. We incorporate this treatment in all of our stage 2 transmission builds, and for our all out drag engine builds. WPC treating reduces surface friction dramatically, reducing part wear, and allowing the parts to rotate with less drag. It also relaxes the metal, reducing chances of stress cracks and at the same time improving the structural Integrity of the part.
