The Leave Her Wild Project, created by Annice Elaine & Bronwyn Hendry, is a growing community who come together to share, discuss, illuminate and celebrate one another. One Friday evening a month, we’ll gather at the studio for an hour of grounding Yoga practice followed by an hour of guided conversation.
Each month, we’ll change topics - swapping real stories, struggles, and experiences. You can expect discussion topic that range from goal setting to self care and everything in between. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Come prepared to move, to share, in comfortable attire and with an open mind and a considerate heart.
This workshop is open to all women and those who are guided by a feminine energy! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Join us June 1st from 7:00-9:00 PM for the first Leave Her Wild Project of the summer!
Working with people & organisations holistically to create healthy, empowered, satisfying & remarkable lives and businesses thru BOLD Leadership is my passion 💜💃🌱
Theres a flow that occurs that seems to happen so easily when l honour this passion and be from a place of contribution, creativity, connection and love.
Yes #LOVE thats right, l love to 'Love Up' my clients .... especially in business. If ever there was a place in society in desperate need of a huge dollop of lovin and meaningful connection, business and people working in these often soulless places need a reminder and to feel the experience of the brilliance they hold and are.
Healthy #relationships in #business are as critical as #breathing
Flying up here above the clouds predawn its like anything and everything is possible
Beauty, effortless flow and masterful creativity is omnipresent
I get to choose my magic in this precious moment and lm choosing to create BOLD Love as who l am ..... especially with and for my clients 💖💖💖 What #Magic are you currently creating? 💖🌳💃🖐💜🌻😍✈🌹🎉💖
We all know someone, a loved one, a friend, a friend of a friend or even a work colleague who has been touched by cancer in some way.
Thanks to our consultant Jess, U Install It Kitchens held a Biggest Morning Tea. Whilst small in size, it all adds up to great things and helps raise vital funds for the @cancer_council_sa in achieving their mission of a cancer free future.
Who else held a Biggest Morning Tea today?
Did you know that in Australia the green house gases produced from food waste in our landfills is more than our steel and iron ore industries combined 😳Even if we are being mindful and trying not waste food, a house hold can produce a lot of food scraps in the way of fruit and veg peels etc, that contribute to these green house gases. So what do we do ? 🤔 COMPOST !! Composting is great for so many reasons. Not only are we reducing our carbon footprint but we are putting valuable nutrients back into the soil, that we can then use on our gardens keeping everything nutrient rich and healthy. It can also be a great way to create stronger communities by letting friends and neighbours use your compost to get rid of their own scraps in return for some precious compost for their gardens. And kids LOVE composting, and it is so educational for them and a great activity learn to do together. It's a great feeling when your kids put there banana skin or apple core in the compost with being told, you know the future is in good hands ☺️ #compost#composting#reducewastebacchusmarsh#reducefoodwaste#reducereuserecycle#community#neighborhood#healthycommunity#kidsareourfuture

I'd like to thank everyone who came to the town hall last night. I really appreciate everyone who came out on a Tuesday night and brought questions. I think I was able to get to nearly all the questions everyone brought either during the event, or in talking one-on-one afterwards. If not, as always, you can feel free to comment or message me on here with you questions.
I would also like to especially thank all of the people that came up to me and told me they were Corliss Lee supporters in the primary, who are now supporting my campaign and putting up my signs. It really means a lot to me. Corliss and I both agreed that we need change in representation in our fifth district. I was glad I was able to address any questions and concerns and earn your vote. Mungo has to go. And with your support on our June 5th election, we can bring the change that myself, Corliss, and the residents all know we need, and deserve.
As we get closer to the end, I am so thankful to have been cast in this amazing production. The New York production of “As Much As I Can” has been nothing short of a success. Playing to a sold out crowd every night is a bright and humbling experience. “As Much As I Can” is a hard hitting story that deals with a pertinent issue that currently plagues American communities today. I am so proud to have been apart of this cast with so many talented actors telling an important story. I have been overwhelmed by the response to this show and the conversation it is starting. Thanks to all who came out and supported! Our final two performances are tomorrow @630 and @930. If you haven’t made your way up to Harlem to see this amazing story, make sure you clear your schedule and make your way uptown! Big shout out to my fellow barber @fredphilpjr. It has been a pleasure working with you. You are a talent beyond measure my brother! Big shout out to @viivhealthcare and @harleyandco for putting on this show and bringing this story to life!! #artistforlife#fulfillment#actorgang#actorslife#martialartist#creativity#loveforall#inclusion#weneedeachother#healthcrisis#liveperformance#theaterlife#hivawareness#aidsawareness#community

Gina attended two days of intensive facilitation training and will begin tomorrow with an additional two days of 8 different workshop blocks to attend. So many thanks to NAFCM for providing us with this amazing opportunity for growth.

Hello all! My name is Tiffany and I am the founder/president of Anonymous Circle. My best friends Tracy (@jalddow) and Rebecca (@parxee) have joined me to create A.C. This page has been created to be a place where everybody and anybody can share out their feelings or problems anonymously (unless chosen otherwise). Sometimes it feels like you have nobody to listen to you, or you feel like a nuisance, or other times you simply just can’t share to others. This is why Anonymous Circle exists, you can vent or rant as much as you need to, and it will all be anonymous (unless chosen otherwise). People online can comment on the posts to offer advice. Here on Anonymous Circle we want to be there for everyone who feels alone. From personal experience, it really sucks, and we want to help others. So if you need to get things off your chest, don’t hesitate to DM/email us!

All my life Iv had to go out of my way in search of information about LGBTQ people in history. Iv devoted most of my adult life to studying the stories and experiences of LGBTQ people. These histories were never mentioned in CPS textbooks, as if we haven't always existed, and always fought to exist. Those who hold information hold power, and now we hold power. @gplxc

Meant for this to be a #MotivationalMonday and here we are almost #ThrowBackThursday ... Coben has finally shaken his virus, and his immunity remains higher than normal, so this week we will increase his daily chemo dosage. Keep in mind the "goal" is to keep his immunity in that 'sweet spot' where his immunity is suppressed just enough to keep any cancer cells from growing.
Yes, he looks amazing! And despite being on steroids this week, he feels amazing... but he remains on DAILY CHEMO and we are far from done with treatments, as last month's scare reminded us so well.
We are back to full steam ahead on #TheHouseThatTeamCobenBuilt
Crazy thing is that all builders are a little preoccupied with #GrowingNashville right now, so we still need whatever help we can get.
I have tried so hard to not ask for too many things over the past 2 years, but here we are needing workers to get our house finished.
So, if you know anyone in the #Nashville area who does framing or drywall PLEASE send them our way. We are willing to pay, we simply have no time to waste.
In the meantime we continue to take it day by day. Taking advantage of Coben's good days so we can FINALLY get into a place of our own.
We continue to be amazed at what falls in our laps just when we need it, so we will keep on #grinding#OneDayAtATime#NEGU#TeamCoben#NeverEverGiveUp#community#team#village#support#childhoodcancer#jessiereesfoundation#JoyJars#adenough in our #ChildrensHospital
