Yesterday my flight back to New York got canceled, and I had to spend another day in Las Vegas (not bad at all 😂)
Since I had an extra day to explore, we went to a few places, like the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace
FYI, Ramsay is a renowned English chef, famous for his TV shows like “Hells Kitchen” and “Masterchef”. He has multiple restaurants in Las Vegas, but most of them are a little more “classier” and difficult to get a reservation. The Pub & Grill is more casual and easier to get a table.
We started with the white cheddar and garlic mac and cheese ($8), which was very tasty, and crispy calamari ($16). For my main I ordered the short ribs with mashed potatoes 🥔($39), and my husband got the pan roasted beer 🍻 chicken with white beans ($33).
We had a great meal and it’s definitely a good experience if you watch these kind of reality cooking shows like I do 😂.
