Woke this morning after first good night sleep in a while. I am on Day 2 of my cleanse and I have to say feeling really good for it. I know that cleansing isn't for everyone but for me it let's me just settle and give my body a break and get my head in a good space. Clarity for lack of a better word. Also I have a very stressful week at work so nice to not have to think about food and cooking for a bit and stops me from stress eating.
I wish I was back here in Monterey California watching the sunrise and had than same peacefulness and stillness. ✨

Para hacerla necesitas:
▪️1 barrita de mantequilla sin sal a temperatura ambiente▪️1 y 1/4 taza de azúcar de coco ▪️2 huevos ▪️3 bananas medianas hechas puré ▪️ 1/2 taza de leche de almendras con el jugo de 1/2 limón ▪️2 1/2 tazas de hojuelas de avena molidas (ó harina de avena) ▪️ 1 cda de vainilla ▪️1 cdta de bicarbonato ▪️1 cdta de polvo de hornear. Preparación: coloca la mantequilla en la batidora a temperatura ambiente, déjala que creme y agrega el azúcar, los huevos, y los demás ingredientes, una vez que la mezcla este homogénea, llévala a un envase previamente engrasado y hornea por una hora aproximadamente,
A 350•F. Déjala enfriar y bon appetite!!! .

transformationtuesday wedding edition! The photo on the left was taken almost 9 years ago and it upsets me so much 😰 it was one of my best friend's weddings. I'd obviously known she was getting married for a while, I'd even bought a dress to slim into 😏 I just didn't bother trying to make an effort to change. I missed her hen party because it involved flying and I didn't want anyone to know that I needed an extension belt for the plane (like they'd have been surprised!), so I made my excuses and missed out 😰 Her wedding was gorgeous and so was she, a stunning bride. Meanwhile I felt so uncomfortable and self conscious in the only dress I'd been able to find that fitted 😰 I just wanted to hide away all day, I didn't want to be on any photos 😰 Fast forward to last weekend and a family wedding where most of the relatives saw my legs for the first time!!!😳 😂 and my bare legs at that - no safety blanket of tights! 💪🏻 I know I don't have the best legs on the world but they've carried me - quite literally - through thick and thin and I am, at long last, happy to show them in public! Trust me, this is such a huge deal for me! Apologies for the husband's rubbish photo - this really was the best of the bunch!). Anyway, after losing over half my body weight I felt fantastic at the weekend! I didn't feel at all self conscious, I had the confidence to walk through a huge room of people with my head held high 💪🏻 .
Do it for you, because it's so worth it! If I can do it then you can too 👍🏻 💪🏻

I realized a lot of fitness trainers or just people that train feel the need to always take the pictures after working out when the muscles are at the peak.
Taking regular pictures are perfectly fine! I honestly don't like the pump because its temporary. I like seeing the muscles that I have so I know exactly what I need to consistently work on so I can permanently look like the pump. The aesthetic look is everything to me 🤟🏽

Calories for noodles without sauce - such a difference!
Here we have 2 types of noodles; spaghetti fettuccine and tofu noodles🍝
These translucent silky tofu noodles, are super low in calories and carbohydrates!

One pack/cup contains only 20 calories with 6g carbs. Spaghetti on the other hand contains over 400 calories for the same amount with over 80g in carbs.
🔸TASTE & TEXTURE:
These low carb noodles don't perfectly mimic the taste and texture of regular spaghetti but much like pasta, shirataki noodles are mostly neutral in flavor and can absorb the tastes you cook with. The question I receive everyday: “Lisa how can you stay slim while you eat like crap all day on your holiday?” 3 reasons:
1. I don’t eat that much crap! 🙈 Just 2 meals of the day are a bit unhealthy. Of course I would never eat like that at home but it’s only 1 week and only 1 plate ;-)
2. I walk aaaaaaalottttt! I think an average of 4 hours a day.
3. It’s not that you gain 10 kg in 1 week of eating unhealthy ☺️
(4. I think a week without stress, not focusing on only healthy (workout & food) and just do whatever you want is very good and healthy for your body)
