It's been a busy last few days. I had a wedding to shoot over the weekend, a sweet little baby photo sesh last night, and a new pet commission to start planning soon. I'm so excited things have momentarily picked up, and so beyond thankful to those individuals for hiring me for their artistic needs - but I am a natural worrier, which leads me to stress about when and how I'm going to manage it all on top of mothering two little sweethearts. I know in the end, everything will be fine and it will all get done to my meticulous standards. But in the meantime, I'll be over here making my priority lists and checkin' them twice, trying to not drink copious amounts of coffee 😂 On a positive note, at least it's summer; the sun is out, and the flowers are in bloom. 🌻🌼🌹 and that's always something to smile about.
What do you do when things get chaotic?

The fewer changes you make to your personal finances until your mortgage is secured, the better. Applying for a new credit card can affect your credit score negatively. Possibly lowering your credit score is not a risk you want to take while in the midst of purchasing a home. It can affect the rate in which you can qualify for, which can cost you more money in the long run. It can be tempting to open a new credit card to take advantage of discounts or limited-time promotions, but the small discount you may get will not compare to the amount you might have to pay in extra monthly cost if your credit goes down. Not to mention it may throw your debt-to-income ratio balance off as well, which may lead to your loan being declined all together.
