First Triathlon this Sunday....
I believe you should set goals that a big enough to scare you a little bit. Goals that will take a lot of work to achieve
If your goal doesn’t make you question yourself as you work toward it at least once like “What have I gotten myself into”. Might not be big enough...
I’m not saying they all need to be like that, but have a couple like that
Back in January, doing a Triathlon represented that for me. Particularly the swimming, as I have talked about a lot
I’ve trained, focused, learned, had my WTF moment.......and had my “I’m ready” moment...
It goes down this Sunday...it will be the first of many. But we are all a little nervous before our first time, right? 😏
The rain has finally passed, sneaking in a comfy evening 12km. We are heading into the 10 day countdown for #gcm18 and you know what that means..... time to start walking on eggshells. At work today, in an elevator, I covered my face with a newspaper when a lady began coughing. Marathon taper, I love it!
This time Last year we hated each other.
We fought all the time.
We said we were getting divorced multiple times.
We put a huge amount of stress and worry on the kids because they seen everything going on. (The kids even thought i hated them)
I walked out the house several times.
Insecurities were very high.
And I felt there was no hope in saving our marriage.
But we stuck it out.
And this past weekend we were able to do some amazing things as a family.
Not only taking a vacation but connecting on another level as a family.
We're doing things we've never seen done before.
Both in life and marriage.
Sometimes things such as a marriage, business, or a gitness journey will not always be beautiful, and it will require some maintenance, grit and patience to push through and bring forth the fruit of all the work you've put in.
Trust me when I say that when you do the reward is ten fold.

One of the HOTTEST ingredients to be released in the last 6 months, Dynamine™, has been making some BIG waves in the supplement industry! Brought to us by none other than the team at Compound Solutions, you know it’s gonna be good!
▪️What is it??
Dynamine™ is methylliberine, a purine alkaloid found in the kucha tea leaf. It’s a derivative of caffeine and its molecular structure is similar to theacrine (aka TeaCrine®). Like theacrine, methylliberine may amplify feelings of energy, mood and focus by activating dopamine receptors and other key neurotransmitters, inhibiting adenosine receptors,
all without elevating heart rate or blood pressure.
▪️So how does it differ from TeaCrine®??
Dynamine™ is a faster-acting, harder-hitting version of TeaCrine®! The combination of the two gives you the best of both worlds!
(swipe right to see the graph showing the difference in effects)
▪️What makes is so special???
Dynamine™ (methylliberine) and also TeaCrine® (theacrine) are amongst an extremely rare class of bioactive ingredients that are strictly neuro-activating yet don’t affect heart rate, blood pressure, or vasoconstriction (pressor response). In simple terms, Dynamine™ (and TeaCrine®) stimulate the CNS, while not affecting cardiovascular system. Because of this, these compounds exert less of an impact on your adrenals than caffeine and other stims. Along with the reduced adrenal load, you’ll also experience a minimal increase in cortisol, noradrenaline, etc with Dynamine™ and TeaCrine®.
So really speaking if your pre-workout doesn’t contain at least Dynamine™ or TeaCrine® or BOTH... why are you using it?!
