Hi there! 👋🏽 I’m just sitting here soaking up some sun and wondering what delicious plant-based foods I’ll be preparing this weekend. .
Read my most recent article published in @thechocolatevoice yet? Why not? It’s full of my thoughts on completing my #veganchallenge last month and a few challenges that occurred. Link in profile.
Located at the heart of Puglia in Italy and a few steps from the Adriatic Sea, Borgo Egnazia and is architectural setting is a paradise for relaxation... Come for sumptuous design, great local food, a luxe spa and no end of activities on offer! @borgoegnazia#weareinpuglia
Had the most delicious lunch at St Leonards in Shoreditch today. I predict a Michelin star for talented chefs Andrew Clarke (Salt Yard, The Square, St John, etc.) and Jackson Boxer (Brunswick House, The Chess Club, etc.). Make sure you get down and check it out. Hint: order the monkfish ⭐️
The start of my trip with @izzadoodle begins tomorrow.. making today my last day in #losangeles !!😱 Earlier this week I order an amazing burly NorthFace duffel bag to hopefully fit all my material possessions of the next 4 months in one vessel. It came in the mail 2 days ago and I could feel the excitement take hold of my core.. this bag somehow solidified for me that this trip is REAL.
I’ve quit my job, I’m leaving my furr babies Alma and Amourita, I’m saying goodbye to friends, I’m packing up and leaving, although temporarily I still feel like my gut was cut loose in my body and it’s free floating in an excited swim.. So with all this new founded energy I’ve been filling up my amazing north face duffel bag with all my essentials for the next 4 months!! Everything fits!!! My computer, my yoga mat, enough clothing to get me by comfortably for weeks without the luxury of a washer within walking distance, 3 pairs of shoes, all my important art supplies and all my toiletries products other random essentials fit in this bag WITH ROOM LEFT TO SPARE. 🤯🙌💃 I’m over joyed and absolutely ecstatic to be beginning this new adventure!! Anyone have any tips for long road trip essentials I may be forgetting? Any tips in general for a newbie on the road? 🤔 Share in the comments! 😘💛

We often get asked "What can I do for free in London?". The answer is... Loads of stuff! So here are our TTTs:
1. Sky Garden - Situated at the top floor of the Walkie-Talkie (20 Fenchurch Street), is a beautiful man made garden where you get a panoramic view of London. What's better? It's absolutely FREE. However, you would have to book the tickets in advance.
2. Whitechapel Gallery - For the art lovers out there, this is the place to be. It's a lovely gallery with extremely interesting exhibitions, and guess what? FREE entry!
3. Emirates Air Line - OK. This isn't free per se, however, for about £3, you could ride across the Thames River in a cable car. We highly recommend you do this at night where the view of the O2 arena and the city is simply spectacular
At Koala, we love to help! Please get in touch with us if you would like any travel tips. We are also more than happy to repost any beautiful / fun / funny travel photos

This place is one of the must visit in all Cyprus guide books 📚 It left a very weird feeling of admiration and hate at the same time 🙄
It is unbelievable how the first impression from the narrow old streets going up and down, flowers on the walls and friendly cats sneaking from house to house can be ruined by 2-3 locals (or maybe not locals) who’s main target is to get maximum advantage from you. And if they don’t get it they become very violent ☹️ At the beginning we were lifted by the first impression of this village charm and followed the narrow streets to the town centre to look at Cyprus silver masterpieces 🧐
The whole centre is a concentration of tiny stores selling local silver jewellery, the ladies are very friendly and ready to show you everything. I looked at the stuff and I wanted to buy a set, but at some point the friendliness changes and the lady becomes annoying pushing you to buy more, taking away cheaper stuff, and showing anger when I refuse to buy what she tries to sell me.
I thought - what a weird lady, I will go next door and look at their selection. The lady next door is super friendly and brings everything to show me. I thought “phew, good, I will be able to choose a nice set here”, but when she realises that I’m looking at the mid range priced items, she takes them away and becomes the same annoying and angry one same as the first lady. And the situation repeats in two more stores 😖
In the end we jumped into the car and drove away without buying anything 🤷🏻♀️ I was very disappointed, but in the end apparently it paid off because I found out that in the village where they manufacture these silver jewellery it is 3-4 times more expensive than the same stuff in the souvenir shop next door from my hotel 🤯
The weirdest thing though is that all other people on Cyprus are the friendliest I ever met in Europe, I would say that overall the country didn’t impress me much, but people did. So let’s consider Lefkara experience an exception or just a result of a geomagnetic storm 🌔🌪
Passion, Adventure, Vitality isn't just a name it's a lifestyle.
I believe all our goals and desires in life should always be a passion not a chore.
Because then there is an Adventure.
Why do we need Adventure? It's because when things go wrong, you have to see it as a part of your heroes journey. The setbacks are just a another twist in the story of you reaching the top.
Finally Vitality. We do many things in life, but many because societal expectations dictate so.
Are YOU living your best life? We all need to pay bills, we all need to get things done. But it's important our SPIRITUAL, EMOTIONAL and MENTAL well-being isn't sacrificed. Great lifestyle design is what Vitality is. Always growing, always learning.
Thanks to @609graphicdesigns for designing the logo. Anthony is a special man, and a great designer. I will be posting a review on their stuff later this week. STAY TUNED.
Enjoy your Monday.
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
For a really long time now, I have continually experienced something I can only describe as a crooked, fearful feeling in my chest. No matter where I am or who I’m with or what I’m doing, I often feel that something is “off” inside my heart. Living with that sense of uneasiness can make every choice, every emotion, every relationship feel heavy and confusing.
Anxiety often prevents me from leaving bad situations, taking opportunities, committing to plans, being there for my friends and confidently following my heart. Anxiety sits in my chest, tells me I’m wrong and convinces me I can’t handle it. To say the least, peace is difficult to come by.
Being able to recognize and accept my anxiety and weakness is THE WORST when all I want to do is hide myself away until I can laugh it off, compliment your shoes and make you believe I’m jolly good fun. BUT, being honest about our weaknesses allows room for understanding, patience and LOADS of grace. As Paul did, I want to celebrate my weaknesses and know that the strength I have is not my own, but that of a Father who loves me. His power is made PERFECT in my weakness and recognizing the insufficiency of my grace and strength only makes room for more of His.
Have no fear. You are loved beyond measure. And nothing is too big, too broken or too deep for God’s grace to cover it.
Who thinks long-term travel means getting out of shape?!
You might think that it really depends on where in the world you are. I can tell you, after countless third world countries- it’s possible! Even without a gym or Whole Foods 😂 Wanna know how? Just go to my story. I’ve listed my best tips for how you can avoid gaining weight when you travel.
