I love recreating these before and after photos as it reiterates just how far I’ve come. I definitely still have insecurities about myself - something I’m working on now - however, the feedback and positivity I receive from you all, gives me the courage to continue to share my story and progress. It’s amazing what you can do when you learn to love yourself ❤️ #transformations#weightlossjourney#weightlossinspiration#weightlossmotivation

When I say I've been up and down, I mean ALL THE WAY UP, and ALL THE WAY DOWN!!! When I tell you I've tried every diet & every quick fix, I mean it. My life and weight has truly been a roller coaster.
The keto diet is truly amazing! I'm 135 lbs down, and I've NEVER felt this good...but some days I'm still terrified. Terrified that life's challenges could send me spinning out of control. So,I devote my time to helping others on the same journey, and in return I get the biggest blessing. Accountability! Im not fighting for just me.... this is for the girls who refuse to give up... for the girls who know this struggle, carry this burden, and still remain confidant!!! You're not alone, and finally, I'm not either! ❤️❤️🤗🤗

“May you never forget how far you have come and the miles it took just to get to this place” [2017 👉🏻 2018]
Shoutout to @howardtangofficial for helping me with macros and getting me back on track (despite my recent stress eating 😅) and @nguyen_amanda for always being so motivating 💕

I know, this isn’t the usual content I post on here, and I promise we’ll get back to our regularly scheduled program, but I’m just so excited and proud of how far I’ve come in 6 months! Never did I think I would be feeling and looking as good as I am now. I can’t wait to see what the next 6 months will look like. I honestly didn’t start this “journey” for anything other then dealing with my anxiety and depression in any healthy way I could. But now that I am this far into I don’t want to stop! I’m just trying to be strong, healthy, and happy. Shout out to my trainer for being the motivation and pain in my ass that I need 😜 @stephgbernal ❤️
SO EXCITED MY KIDS ARE COMING HOME FROM CAMP TODAY! This was me yesterday missing the living daylights out of them with my fav guilt free comfort food. Dipped fruit and nuts in chocolate and vanilla pudding. YUM! Recipe: mix Arbonne Protein Powder with water. THATS IT! PM me to hook you up!
Even if collar bones are attractive, i think that i would like better have visible ribs

S l o w & S t e a d y: You know what day it is.... #WeighInWednesday ! Down 1 singular pound this week, which at first seemed disappointing until I reminded myself that if I lost 1lbs a week for an entire year that would be 52lbs. My wins of the week are
1. Going to a waterpark where all my friends got beaver tails (Americans look it up) and I didn’t even have a bite, in fact, I packed my own snacks
2. Have not turned to food in the emotional time that is packing our entire apartment
3. Taking the weekend off the gym but not off nutrition
All in all, a good week 2!
As women we tend to focus on legs and glutes while men focus on arms, but back is important. Leaving this muscle group out of your routines will eventually cost you your posture. If you are already slouching this is a great way to improve it.
