In honor of yet another hump day here is a video of me hitting a single rep squat with 385. I’m trying to make the transition from high bar squats to low bar. Those who do low bar got any tips for your boy?
Sometimes I like to work up to a solid single on my compound lifts. Its nice to see your strength going up every once in a while. Then right after I smash a solid heavy single I usually drop down and do 3-5 sets just to get that volume in. HAPPY HUMP DAY MY DUDES. 🦍🦍
