Got to try a Rambutan today when I went here to try the Potsticker that is half price on Tuesdays in August. The Potsticker was tasty even if the skin was a bit thick. The Panang curry was fantastic and was really well seasoned.

Our second stop for the independence day celebrations was @nosh_grill and sadly it wasn't what we expected.
1. Chicken supreme burger: This was your avg burger with a fried chicken patty topped with too much of jalapenos.
2. Nosh's special grilled sandwich: Just a normal sandwich with little or no chicken.
Price: 560/- .
3. Chicken Alfredo Pasta: Was somewhat a safe choice but you can't be so sure about it. The white sauce was not too creamy and look at the chicken serving in it. Plus the garlic bread was totally a no for me. No taste. I've had better.
Price: 550/- Good ambience but moderate quality.
Worrying comes naturally to me. The worst case scenario always plays first, no matter how hard I try. I’m not a negative person, for the most part, but when it comes to the potential for something bad to happen I always jump strait to that conclusion. This is especially true when it comes to my family.
New Blog is up … Link in bio.
I love coastal areas as a #SeaSoul the sea is a part of me or I must say I’m a part of it 🙂 but this article is to all sunny places at the coast or not... I have collected of short list of uses of renewable energies for you to read. I think we as humans waste a lot of good energy that wouldn’t harm anyone to then go search for harmful ways to generate it. If one would utilize them in a nice way those places could produce their own energy or part of it and then in the long run save money not having to get it or buy it from some other place. If you click the link in my bio you then can choose blog and then the post the sun 🌞 empire or you can get it in my story 👉🏽 swipe up in my #IGStory 👈🏽 I love the sun, the sea, the wind, I find in nature a lot of good things... it’s not a scientific article but a #BlogPost@VanessaKinAce 🌺💛🍀 #Energy#Sun#Sea#Wind#FoodForThought#SelfSufficient#Energetic#Ideas#PossibleWays#Author#Philosophy#Writer#Unique
I can honestly say that self-love is something that I try to bring into my life daily. Simply put, it is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. "Actions" being the key ingredient. I love listening to podcasts, reading books, and discussing ways to become a more confident, self-loving human, but all of that becomes pointless without an action! The best way that I can describe self love is the daily act of treating your purpose on this earth as meaningful. I believe that when we begin to accept ourselves we can acknowledge our weaknesses as well as our strengths, have less need to explain away our short-comings, and have more compassion for ourselves as human beings.
While I also require quiet time, warm baths, quality time with my husband and fur baby, I also feel that self-love means pushing yourself to do the hard things that grow you into the person that you aspire to be! What if your alter ego was actually attainable? Self-love isn't always comfortable for me. But it is powerful! And it is worth it! So, I would like to challenge you to find a place in your life that is just for you. Maybe it's working hard for something you love, snd maybe it's doing something that's relaxing. Only you can determine that for yourself. Let me know in the comments what you think self-love means for you today.

Foam rolling Calf / Calves. Start out with foam roller placed at the calf region close to the back of your knee. Begin rolling slowly moving roller down two inches then back up one inch until you have made your way to Achilles. This whole process should only take from 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes. Rest your buttocks on ground intermittently as needed if arms begin to get tired. To make this more aggressive try crossing one ankle over the other with targeted calf against foam roller. As with all foam rolling it is important to stretch muscle that was rolled and use new range of motion immediately to help maintain new range of motion.
Stretching Calf muscles – start in staggered stance with back leg straight and front knee bent with arms supported on wall. Make sure to keep big toe in a straight line with heel of the same foot. Keep your trunk in an upright position with pelvic bone tucked under and bend front knee bringing belly button closer towards the wall. Hold stretch sensation for 30-60 seconds, repeat for 2 sets on targeted leg.
WHAT IS THE POSSIBLE CAUSE OF THESE BENEFITS • Altered Viscoelastic and thixotropic properties of fascia. Foam rolling helps fascia to return to more a gel like state causing the increased ROM of joints. • Increased Blood flow to tissues – Foam rolling brings increases intramuscular temperature and blood flow causing the increased ROM of joints and decreased DOMS. Decreased DOMS likely due to the effect of blood lactate removal, edema reduction and oxygen delivery to muscle. • Stimulation to joint muscle receptors – alters muscle spine length and/or stretch perceptions to allow increased ROM of joints.

You always hear those crazy stories of babies being born quickly or in unique ways, but you never think that could happen to you. Well, baby Ash came into this world in a way I was not prepared for.
Ash's birth story up on my blog! (Link in profile)
I am so excited to be blogging again and I am hoping to carve a little time out of my week to be able to keep it up. I have a love of writing and I don’t want to make excuses to stop!
Iced Green Tea is one of my favourites in the summer and such a great alternative to sugary processed drinks that come full of chemicals! Just watch out not to overdo it because green tea DOES contain caffeine and it’s so easy to get all jittery! 🍵 What’s your summer drink of choice? 💕
