Here is one of my favorite cake of this tea-time is the blueberry chocolate cake with the smoked chocolate Santarem 65% origin Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 who gives an amazing flavor, worth to try. The next one will be in Brisbane next week !!!!

🌸 RAW BLUEBERRY SLICES 🌸
1/2 cup walnuts
1/3 cups oats
8 medjool dates
1 cup cashews, soaked in hot water for 3+ hours
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
Mix the base ingredients in a high speed blender and press into a lined tray. Place in freezer.
Mix the blueberry layer ingredients and pour over the base.
Freeze for minimum 3h until firm enough to slice.
Store in freezer, but thaw at room temp for a few minutes before serving.
