‼️It takes a lot for me to post pictures like this. But there’s times where I take a picture and feel really confident. (Not because I don’t like my body) And in those moments I say what the hell! I’m actually really closed off and I love wearin baggy clothes and hoodies. I just feel more comfortable hiding my body. Not because I’m ashamed. No matter what I wear, I still love myself. With that being said, Do not starve yourself to get a flat stomach or to lose weight. What it takes is for you to eat healthy and work hard. Love yourselves and be confident with who you are. If you aren’t confident, learn to love yourself especially your flaws, because those are beautiful parts of you as well. It takes time and patience but it’s worth it. I’m still working on it myself everyday, there’s always room for growth. So don’t compare yourself to others and get to lovin yourself

DEADLIFTS 💀 💀 THIS IS MY NEW ACCOUNT GIVE IT A FOLLOW ‼️‼️
Worked my way up after a few months not deadlifting had slight hip pain and let myself heal before I went over 315. 3 sets had me feeling nice !

LEG DAY. Kept the power Strong and head high up . Keeping my back up was a problem for a while w my squat so really focused on keeping it up and driving to the ceiling . DONT SKIP THEM LEGS !
