This is the trip your Mochila has made: First, it was made by Wayuu women in La Guajira, Colombia. From there, they were sent to Bogota, Colombia, a to bigger, better paid market, where we got them from on this stand.•
The group of artisan women that made these mochilas have a stand in this artisanal fair in Bogota and send Mochilas on a constant basis. •
The next aimed stop for these Mochilas is Bucharest. That's a total of 11.500 Km. 1.000 Km (6.20 mi) from La Guajira to Bogota (17 hour by car/1.5 hours by plane), 10.500 Km (6.500 mi) from Bogota to Bucharest (15 hour by plane, 15 day by cruise ship from Cartagena to Portugal)•

Grupul de artizani care au realizat geanta au un stand in piața artizanala din Bogota si le trimit constant. •

“On my way to celebrate my niece’s 10th birthday.
Through all these years she has inspired me to be less judgmental and more vulnerable.
Every time we meet she shows me how to look at this world with a sense of awe and with an open heart.
She inspires everyone around her to be more courageous.
She is, and always will be pure love.
Happy Birthday my dear Olga!” ~ A message of Celebration and gratitude from our friend and designer Anca!
Serüvene koşmak için, trenler bekliyorsan
Güneşi yakalayıp, gözüne yerleştirmek için, beyaz yelkenlerin, gelip seni almalarını bekliyorsan
Yarına inanmak için, gün batımına
İyi kalpli görünmek için, zayıflığa
Ve güçlü görünmek için, öfkeye ihtiyacın varsa
Demek ki hiçbir şey anlamadın...

I'm like a child looking off on the horizon
I'm like an ambulance that's turning on the sirens
I'm like a soldier coming home for the first time
I dodged a bullet and i walked across a landmine
I'm still alive
'Cause i'm still breathing
'Cause i'm still breathing on my own

When weekend nights end like this, you know you did something right! ❤️
😟 I am honestly saddened when I hear people (especially women) who complain about eating too much food in the weekends so they need to workout more during the week. You can’t do that without expecting to fail at some time. You can’t keep eating whatever you want on Saturday and Sunday and then return to boring salads on Monday and pretend the weekend meals didn’t even exist. 🥊 stop lying to yourself about working harder the next week. And don’t skip meals the next week just because you did ‘something bad’ on weekends. It doesn’t work that way. If you skip meals, you’re gonna put your body under a lot of stress and the next time you’ll eat, you’ll eat more because your body went in survival mode. 🐞 as with pizza, ice cream and so on, you don’t have to only enjoy it on Saturday and Sunday because you’ll make a habit out of it and you’ll wait for the weekends only to get your hands on meals like that. And it’s gonna be mentally exhausting for you. You’re gonna eat more just because you’re waiting for the last 2 days of the week to indulge
😜 now I don’t want to tell you that you should eat pizza or ice cream daily, but you have to make a healthy habit out of it. If you’re strong enough, OK, eat that foods on weekend, but if not, try listening to your body and give it what it needs. Well, our body always craves fatty foods or carbs if we don’t have a balanced lifestyle, but make sure you’re following a decent way of eating. And here’s another tip: STOP saying you’re going on a diet from Monday on. Instead, try eating less foods that are ruining your lifestyle ⭐️ #flavnutrition
