Awesome GLUTE/HAMMY tie-in superset for y’all: moderate weight hip-thrusters for high reps (I did 16) followed by the same for 16 cable pull throughs. The hip thrusters really contract the glutes and hamstrings, and on the downward part of the pull through, don’t just squat, really LEAN with weight in heals, shoulders back; dat intense Romanian deadlift STRETCH feel. Stretch those hammies out after the heavier thrusters, then give those lil’ glutes another squeeze at the top because well, why not?🤷🏽♀️
