Rest 1:00 before moving to the next superset for 4 rounds.
SUPERSET 1: Bodyweight Only
Hop Knee Drives - 12-15 each leg
Squat with sidekick - 10 each side .
SUPERSET 2: Weights
Forward hop dumbbell deadlift - 6-8 of combo (Thanks to @sandyrxfit )
Walking weighted lunges - 20
SUPERSET 3: Weight & Bodyweight
Uni step hop with torso twist - 8 each side (Thanks to @alexia_clark )
Plyo forward to backward lunge - 8-10 each side, I used 10lbs.
