The view of Waterton Lakes National Park from the hill near Prince of Wales hotel. The hotel is super cute and is a great place to try out high tea. We definitely weren't the only couple taking pictures at this spot.

• This Le Conte’s Sparrow gave me free reign to watch, record and photograph him as he sang the rather ear splitting high pitched song of theirs. Fun fact, although the LeConte's Sparrow was first discovered around 1790, the actual first nest was not found until nearly 100 years later. That is some serious ninja sparrow skills! Either that or no-one actually really was that bothered about taking the time to search around in the grass. Either way, nice work little sparrow •
