You must understand the whole of life, not just one little part of it. That is why you must read, that is why you must look at the skies, that is why you must sing and dance, and write poems and suffer and understand, for all that is life.
I shared this quote on my stories last night and it's lingered with me. Yoga on the mat teaches us to deal with things we encounter off the mat, things that scare us, things that make us feel joyful, and a myriad of other things. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Warrior III is not my favourite pose, but it definitely teaches me not to shy away from things I find difficult and keep on keeping on.
We are amazed and humbled that so many have applied for our bridal Stylist vacancy.
Because of the amount who have applied and the calibre of the applicants, the application period is now closed.

Change is coming!

Taking the best memories of Tennessee home with me when I leave,
All of the adventures that allowed me to feel so free,
All of the faces that helped grow me into who I’m supposed to be,
Unlike the trees with their roots, I have two feet. 👣🖤
Do cute work out clothes make you motivated to workout, too?! That works for me, but usually only for about a day or 2 😂 hahah oops 🤷🏼♀️. What has REALLY helped me to stick to my workouts is my accountability group. Every day we log our workouts 🏋🏼♀️ & our all natural superfood shakes 🌱 holding us accountable to get it done so in 3 weeks we can look back & be like HOLY SH*T who was that person?!? (We can’t wait for that!!!) 😆💁🏼♀️. & then do it again the next month, duh. We also post to our online wellness community to check in on each other, share recipes, encourage others, & even to help lift girls up when they feel down. It’s EXACTLY what I needed in my life & I didn’t even know it!! 👯♀️. •
Do you want to lose 5-15 lbs in 3 Weeks?! We give you the tools to do so. In a HEALTHY way (my favorite part). •
Fill out the link in my bio or message me to get more details!! (I can’t bite, I mean we’re both behind a screen) 😘
🙋🏻♀️ I know I’m not the only one who has had to ask myself, “how am I in this situation again?”
This can be applied to so many areas of our lives — our relationship with God, relationships with people, jobs, habits, finances, etc. The solution, my friends, is in mindfulness and intentional living.
Do you ever drive home from work and you get there only to realize you don’t remember the trip at all? 😦 That’s your brain on auto pilot and that’s what happens when we let routine take over and let our brains wander around aimlessly in worry, regret, anticipation, wonder, or dreamland. 👋🏼 Hello there, we have to wake up.
Being mindful simply means being conscious or aware. We go through the motions of our days so repeatedly that mindfulness isn’t necessary to accomplish our daily tasks anymore, so then we’re all “look ma, no hands!” with our lives and suddenly we wake up one day with no relationship with God, 30 lbs overweight, unhappy in our jobs, in a habit we feel like we can’t break, in a relationship that has been getting worse and worse but we haven’t noticed just how bad, in financial ruin, or worse — all of the above.
Our lives are made up of a series of some big, but mostly small decisions that we make over and over every day. Being aware of those decisions is being mindful. But just being conscious is not enough, we have to live intentionally. We need a plan. What do we want? How do we make that happen? What do we not what? How do we avoid that? Then we have to live intentionally daily. Intentionally make little decision after little decision that each move you toward your goal.
Mindfulness and intentional living are like muscles. The less you use them the weaker they get and vice versa. So I’m challenging you to join me to live intentionally! If you’re ready to do that in every aspect of your life, message me and let’s talk details!✌🏼
I will always make a 💵 out of 15 cents ♥️I love change 😩

With two studio locations & 1 mobile location we are working on so much to make a better experience for everyone so we are changing our hours. We have added dedicated EDITING DAYS also. For the most part, we will be hard at work editing and giving more attention to customer service no matter where we are in the world! We are now adding days that we are closed to the public so we can focus on our turnaround! We have also added a new payment process to where the final payment isn't due until the final product (Weddings Only) so we are able to push the quality of our brand and integrity. The goal is the keep the same experience that we gave when we had 5 clients vs 500 clients. I'm excited about the changes that will keep us accountable and give us the opportunity to create long lasting relationships with every single person #changeisgood

Our first NOW Program Staff Spotlight is Pablo Gaxiola! Pablo entered the NOW Program family as a participant back in 2014. His first job at Goodwill was as an Administrative Clerk, and from there he moved on to become NOW Program Staff as a Peer Mentor, Business Developer, Program Coordinator and has recently been promoted to Program Manager. He was appointed by Santa Clara County Supervisor Cindy Chavez @supervisorcindychavez as a Committee Member of the Re-Entry Governance Network and Blue Ribbon Commision. Given Pablo's first-hand experience, he is able to provide insight into prison life and regularly contributes to conversations regarding prison reform.
Working on a commission piece right now. Still trying to stick to a new process that should help create higher quality work which I’m excited about. But doing things differently that I have for the pass five years feel so strange but in the end I know it’ll help minimize mistakes, waste of good materials and paper but also teach me to slow down and create something I’m proud. Sometimes I get stuck in a cycle of create quickly for the sake of creating content but I have felt proud of what I was create. So now taking a slow and being more intentional I should grow in my craft and make something impressive!
You ever feel like God’s asking you to do something that’s so out of character for you? Do something that you’re not prepared to do?
Yeah...lately it seems there’s one thing after another. The last half of 2018 is panning out to be the year of NeW✨ and that’s both scary & exciting all at the same time!😳😆
I was reading in Guidepost (the little book always in your grandmother’s bathroom😂-only now it’s online📲) and I’m sure these words were written just for me when it was posted back in 2013😊 Maybe you’ll feel like that too if you answered Yes! to the above(kinda long...but oh so powerful).
So read on.... “The Bible is full of examples of acts of obedience. Obedience is not my strongest quality. When I look to Scripture, I see Noah, who pleased God by respecting His warning and building the ark. He must have been a laughing stock, but he did it anyway.
Like most people, I don’t like being made fun of. I avoid it whenever I can. But, like He did for Noah, the Lord might have something He wants me to do that’s out of my comfort zone. What is the ark I’m supposed to build today?
In what is God asking me to be obedient that might be uncomfortable, awkward or embarrassing? Is it to reach out and befriend someone whom my neighbors or friends make fun of? To lead a Bible study that I feel incompetent to lead? To speak up about something that is happening in my community or church that doesn’t honor Him? Abraham was called by God to set out for the place in which he was to receive his inheritance without knowing where he was going! Can I follow God and remain comfortable when I don’t know what’s next? I have a light in Jesus that pierces the darkness right in front of me, but it only shines so far.
With Christ I must take only one step at a time and wait for Him to illuminate the next. It’s like jumping off the high dive and then checking on the way down to make sure there’s water in the pool. With Christ, however, I am assured that there’s always water in the pool.” #somethingnew#newfeed#changeisgood#beautiful#tuesday#instadaily#pool#scaredtojump#noroomforfear#lifeinsquares#reallife#lifeismessy#notjustaprettyface#lifequotes#momboss#sahmlife

It's scary to let go of what's familiar.
Doesn't matter if it is positive or negative.
Letting go is hard because you don't know what you get in return.
You don't know if what you get in return is better than what you now have or worse.
There is no way of knowing. Not before you take the plunge.
All you know is what you have now.
And no matter if it's pleasant or not, you know how to handle it.
This could mean staying in a job that sucks.
Staying in a relationship that's not working.
Or staying in that beautiful house, while actually it's not what you want anymore.
You need to let something go.
There is no room for everything you have now and everything in your dreams.
You know what it is you need to let go.
You know what is not working anymore.
You might pretend you don't know what needs to change, but you do know.
You might not know how, but you do know what.
It feels so familiar to keep clinging on to it.
It feels safe in some way.
So you stay where you are.
But you do know it's what's keeping you from getting something better.
It's keeping you from growing. From evolving.
Keeping you from everything that is possible, too.
Some things are easier to let go than others.
When you have a hard time to let things go, start with something smaller.
Really let that go.
Let go of that old phone, piece of clothing, or smoking. Whatever it might be for you.
Be aware of what the change does to you.
Was it really that scary? Was it really that bad to be uncomfortable for a little while?
Or did you forget in 1 week or month things were ever different and you have a new normal?
By letting something go regularly, you can get used to change.
You will see that change is not a bad thing.
Take one step at the time and in 1 year your life can be completely different.
Just let go of what is not working.

There will be times when the people around you don't seem supportive. There will be times when the world seems to be against you
It's in those times that you will learn the most about yourself. How you handle adversity will be a determining factor in your success and happiness Things won't always go as planned and you just have to learn to adjust. Take a good look at the people around you. They are there for a reason
Some will be on your side and other won't the trick is to follow your heart. At the end of the day it's your life
If you fail then learn from it but don't let it stop you
Believe in yourself and don't let others prevent you from being who you are
What good is it to learn if we don’t apply what we know? 📚

❤️🍀 “… Let the rain wash away all the pain of yesterday...
I know my kingdom awaits and they've forgiven my mistakes
I'm coming home, I'm coming home... Tell the world that I'm coming…” ...... Feeling burnt out from working so much recently, but I’m excited and looking forward to going back home and starting my new life when it comes time. 🙏🏻 With so much gratitude.
This is my page, why not have a bit more of me?
I’ve tried a lot of different things with my Instagram. It’s been a travel photography page, a portfolio for clients... I’ve rarely actually posted myself, or any video work that I do which is like 90% of my job.
So here I am in one of my favorite shirts taking picture of myself.
It’s okay for things to evolve and change.
So much has happened in my life throughout 2018, and the year isn't even over yet. I've learned that nothing in this life lasts forever and I hope to love a little harder; pour into myself so that I could be of more use to others. What are you looking to do/change before 2018 is over? #changeisgood#fashionblogger#igers#styleinspo 📸: @johnnykomodo
