If your dream life is to provide for those with less, travel the world, donate to worthy causes, pay your parents house off or surprise a family in need for example, you will need money. We at times believe a thing simply because, it’s what we’ve always heard. Wealth isn’t evil and a frog won’t sit in water to be boiled to death. It doesn’t matter how many times a falsehood is repeated, it’s still false.

I ❤️ this quote because I can relate to it so much! 🌟. Who else holds their hands up having done this? Thinking you have to be “better” or “I am not good enough”? Most of us right? ☺️ Once I finally got to the point where I’d worked on myself enough to realise “ANYTHING” is possible and I DESERVE all that I desire in life, the feeling of Freedom truly kicked in. 🎉. Those were all the things holding ME back!🙋🏻♀️ I was terrified of failing.. nobody likes being bad at things, and I was NOT good at fitness.
I didn’t want to be judged for attempting to be a fitness coach when I was 50+ pounds over weight!
We didn’t have the money for me to start something new.. which is part of the reason I said no so many times before!
I was NOT interested in committing hours and hours to a job (that defeated the purpose of me being at home with my boys) and I was NOT interested in spending hours in the gym working on my health!
And I was afraid. Boy was I ever afraid.. I was afraid of all of the things above, I was afraid of SUCCEEDING! 😱
I know that sounds ridiculous, but all I could think of was, what if this works, what if I can build a business, what if I can actually motivate people on their own journeys.. then what? 🤷🏻♀️ But I got to the point where I was sick of what if’s, we budgeted the money for me to sign up and I started something new, something terrifying, something that has changed my life.
And in the process has changed many more lives.
has given hope.
has given joy.
Had created a community of women all working together to change MORE lives!
To empower MORE women. 🔥

Meine Woche habe ich nun komplett mit ungefähren Kalorienangaben geplant - viel leichter als gedacht mit den Rezepten von #yazio (Werbung?😂). Bisher passen die Angaben in den Rezepten auch ganz gut, deshalb bin ich voller Zuversicht für die Woche. Außerdem habe ich mir noch ein wenig Luft nach oben gelassen, da mein Kalorienziel eigentlich etwas höher liegt.
Das Mittagessen planen wir eigentlich immer für die ganze Woche. Nun auch vorab das Abendessen und das ganze Wochenende (und auch die Snacks 😉) zu planen war mal ganz interessant. Ich bin gespannt, wie es mit der Umsetzung - gerade am Wochenende - so klappt.

It's never too late to turn it all around.
I was 33, a cop with a busy job with a wife and a daughter (now a son too) and three dogs (two have since passed), a mortgage, car payments, overtime etc.
You get it.
I didn't have the "perfect" circumstances to make something like this happen. .
But I made it happen.
All too many times in life we get comfortable in what we're living right now to take a hard look at ourselves...to make changes...to live better.
That comfort surely would have killed me, I have no doubt.
A life of continuous overtime, stress, junk food and laziness. The 4 horsemen of death.
Finally I realized it....I f*cked up. .
I shouldn't feel like this, I shouldn't look like this....
But I didn't realize it and then continue living the life I was living, I made a decision to change it.
And it hasn't been easy.
I have to work at it every single day.
But I MAKE it happen.
I know that there's people out there reading this, especially those in my profession that feel these words, and want to change but don't feel like they can or don't know where to start.
If I can do this? Trust me you can do it too, and if you ever need me shoot me a message.
And start RIGHT NOW. .
Get off the couch and take a walk around the block, throw out the junk food in your cabinets, trust me you'll feel good.
All this takes is one step every day toward being better.
And even though that first step can feel like you're leaping off of a building, you have to take that first step.
The sky's the limit.
