Referring themselves as gender-blind, asserting that gender & age are not determined factors in their romantic or sexual attraction to each others. It's origin comes from Greek. Pan means "all, every" & Latin its Omni. The concept was conceived in 1917 from Sigmund Freud, a Austrian psycho-analysis. Its considered a sexual orientation but fall under Bisexuality. Today we had a very exciting day with the young women at @st.teresascollege. The movie screening was a success as one of our goals were to catch them young, explain the importance of being informed and thereby making informed choices. Many, including students themselves were skeptical of why a breastfeeding documentary in a college setting? How was it relevant?
We hear so many unsuccessful/painful/difficult breastfeeding stories on a daily basis that usually ends with 'I wish I knew this before' 'I wish I had access to this information' 'I wish I had the support system'. And that's exactly how this documentary is relevant in a college setting. We want to spread and imbibe evidence based information in the minds of young women who when it's their time, will not question their ability to breastfeed, but instead will be able to confidently do it and also fight for their reproductive rights.
Also, even though they may not be able to use this information for themselves at this point of time in their lives, they will be able to support and educate other women in their family.
One professor in particular had her own experiences to share too. And it was amazing to see her open up and connect with the students with her stories. In fact, she was the star of the day.
Just as we were about to leave the campus, one of the students approached us and told us that she found this session much more beneficial than random motivational talks as this was information she could pass on to her near and dear. She told us how her cousin sister was continuing to breastfeed her child at 4years old and how the rest of the family shames her for it. She was beaming with pride when she told us that shes happy that now at least she can stand by her cousin and support her.
If we have made at least one person's life a little easier with the work that we do, then we can confidently say, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

Health Concerns about Dairy Products.
Many Americans, including some vegetarians, still consume substantial amounts of dairy products—and government policies still promote them—despite scientific evidence that questions their health benefits and indicates their potential health risks.
Calcium is an important mineral that helps to keep bones strong. Our bones are constantly remodeling, meaning the body takes small amounts of calcium from the bones and replaces it with new calcium. Therefore, it is essential to have enough calcium so that the body doesn’t decrease bone density in this remodeling process. Though calcium is necessary for ensuring bone health, the actual benefits of calcium intake do not exist after consumption passes a certain threshold. Consuming more than approximately 600 milligrams per day—easily achieved without dairy products or calcium supplements—does not improve bone integrity.
Clinical research shows that dairy products have little or no benefit for bones. A 2005 review published in Pediatrics showed that milk consumption does not improve bone integrity in children.2 In a more recent study, researchers tracked the diets, physical activity, and stress fracture incidences of adolescent girls for seven years, and concluded that dairy products and calcium do not prevent stress fractures in adolescent girls.3 Similarly, the Harvard Nurses’ Health Study, which followed more than 72,000 women for 18 years, showed no protective effect of increased milk consumption on fracture risk.

Takeoff 😍 S7 Airlines gift set 🎁 and soft landing (see to the end➡️)
📌 Start video Take-off 😍
In Anapa a few days there were very strong winds, on the day of our flight, too, but the takeoff was excellent, we were very intensively gaining altitude and did not even feel the power of the "same wind".
📌Then - gift set 🎁
This time, in addition to the gift set of S7 Airlines in the backpack, we also gave a book to Development Bank, where there is even a graph to fill in the flight number and where a small passenger was flying, I will show it to Storiz.
📌 End of the video - a soft landing at Domodedovo Airport. The approach was on the lane 14R, on the starboard we saw Moscow and it was fine 😍
Thank you all for your attention 👏

This is going to be a somewhat long message.
This year after nearly two decades me and the family decided to go out on Independence day. What a trip it was, from breakfast out to ice cream at Sea view McDonald, followed by a performance by a Marching band at Frere Hall and a visit to Quaid-e-Azam House. Throughout our trip one thing that was noticable was the number of people out and about but with one difference from the past few years was that the crowd was much better behaved. (At least as much as I observed). Another thing that I observed was the general hopefulness that could be seen.
So from ice cream to seeing people sporting the national colors to marching bands to scouts to little kids dressed as cute little soldiers. All in a good day.
Having said that, after 70+ years as much as it is about celebration it is even more about reflection on where we stand and where we are headed. Not everyone is free, not everyone enjoys the benefits of it but those of us who are should reflect and if need be, should be critical of the way we are headed.
So enjoy but do think and Happy Independence Day

“I grew up with the notion that family comes first. When I met Sunny & things got serious–I knew I wanted to have a family with her–that’s something we both looked forward to.
Because of our hectic lives, we planned on having kids through surrogacy. But when we visited an orphanage, we thought ‘Why not adopt?’ So many kids need a home. We decided to go for it. It was complicated–at one point, we thought we weren’t going to get her. It was hard. But last year, when I was in LA for a surrogacy appointment, I got an email saying we matched with Nisha–she was going to be our daughter! We ecstatically prepared everything to bring her home.
When I met Nisha for the first time, it wasn’t love at first sight–I was nervous. Doubts like ‘Will I be a good father?’ or ‘Will she ever connect with me?’ kept creeping up. It took about a month, but one day–I walked in through the door & she screamed ‘papa!’, ran to me & grabbed my leg. I started crying–that day she recognized me as her father & I’ve known no greater joy. Since then, I can’t go anywhere without her. Even Sunny keeps saying, ‘It’s always papa papa’, making me secretly very happy.
Asher & Noah, our twins also came into our lives & now I feel like my family is complete! I can do anything for them–from waking up & cooking breakfast for them, to waking up in the middle of the night to make sure my babies are okay–my world revolves around them.
And you know what’s funny? I never actually thought I’ll see my father in me someday–you always want to be the ‘cooler’ parent right? But 2 months ago when I picked out a pair of shoes for Nisha, & she said ‘No papa these don’t match’, it was like a bullet to the chest. How could I argue with her….suddenly I felt so uncool! They keep me on my toes, but there’s one value that I want to pass down–I want them to be good human beings.
Someday, I’m going to take Nisha back to that orphanage in Latur….I want her to have that empathy & make the connection. I want her to know that life can change & it’s important to remain kind through those changes. But otherwise, I’m a happy man knowing that I have the greatest family. Everything I am is because of them...it’s all for them.”
