Headed to AZ on Friday, and I’m ready to hang out with some cactus 🌵😉 any recs on what to do or see? Thinking about driving up to Sedona for a day and then probably finding the nearest pool...we are looking at a high of 110 degrees 😳☀️ #itsgettinghotinhere#arizona
Real foodies decide on a new apartment based on how close it is to their favorite hot wings place. Mine is now walking distance 😛

Day 5: Reykjavik, Iceland
You usually see this church from the outside. It’s exterior is intriguing. But look at this view from the inside!

Unknown to many is the fact that Ateneo actually has been hosting a contemporary art gallery, and for decades! While previously housed in the old library, the works have been recently relocated to a bigger, newer behemoth of a building, the Arete.
The most striking 'piece' in the gallery for me is easily the Mabini Art Project: 100 Paintings. It is a wall speckled with lots of Mabini Art, a genre that depicts traditional landscape subjects, and at the time of their popularity, deviated from the growing trend of modern art. These paintings were sold in markets that catered more to tourists, while the rest of modern art at the time were aimed at sophisticated, intellectual customers.
This piece was, to me, the most striking in the Arete. It made me see the side of Philippine Art that harkens back to traditions, boldly stands up against the generally accepted direction of art, and remains accessible to most of us.
Beautiful Moscow and its atmosphere inspired Ivan Turgenev, one of the classic Russian writers💫
In the Historical Museum of the capital until September 30 is an exhibition about the life and inspiration of Turgenev! Everyone can feel what he lived and enjoyed😌

Views from Montmartre
From the other side, where the steps cascade without end, where you can glimpse briefly the French countryside rolling on into the distance.
A sip of French wine from the balcony, an accordion playing in a plaza nearby – because that’s Paris, n'est-ce pas?
The Budweiser Clydesdales are an iconic symbol of the Brewery, and have been since their first appearance in the 1930's. I was lucky enough to meet Jethro outside the brewery during my visit. He was an instant star to all the visitors, and it was a highlight of my visit to the brewery to get to meet and touch one of their gentle giants.
The Gateway Arch is the most recently designated National Park in the USA. The arch is the tallest man made monument in the Western Hemisphere, and stands 630-foot (192 m) tall. This monument to the westward expansion of the United States, is an internationally recognised symbol of St Louis. Located on the West bank of the Mississippi River, the arch is easily accessible from central St Louis.

Finally opened this bottle of goodness!! Banana Milk lotion 😊🍌
The Gateway Arch, as seen behind the Old Courthouse and 'The Runner' statue. The Old Courthouse played host to some interesting history - in the 1840's, Dred Scott and his wife sued for their freedom in the Old Courthouse. The case was ultimately decided by the U.S. Supreme Court which ruled against the Scotts, saying they did not have grounds as citizens to sue. A decision which could be considered one of many precursors to civil war in the United States.

Wonton Noodle Soup
is a Chinese dish made from chicken stock, with the addition of noodles and wontons. The wontons are filled with fresh shrimp, plus a touch of pork to enhance the flavor. • BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS • I imagine my retirement plan involves waking up late, walking out of my terrace home in BKK & enjoying this bowl of #wontonnoodlesoup with #charsiu. This was one of the tastiest wonton soups, I’ve had. Even better than some places in #HK.
