My definition of #SQUADGOALS
I know I’ve been absent lately but been busy with Steven Jr and also getting adjusted to the new job and area. Thank you all for patiently waiting and all the support 🙌
If you’re consistently the “best” in your gym, you should find a better gym.
There’s no substitute for a great training environment.
That means you need to surround yourself with people that are better than you in order to push you outside your comfort zone.
That also means you need to be humble enough to accept your limitations instead of hiding from them (aka cherry picking workouts).
Days like today remind me how awesome our athletes are and how they all come together to help EACHOTHER get 1% better everyday.
In the end, that makes ALL of us better.
It was awesome getting these guys back together for a workout !!! @b_harteis4@josh_horner thanks for stopping by ...always a good time !!!

I got off work early so I got in a session this afternoon courtesy of @crossfitlinchpin . Hit arms at 4am. I’m finding that doing some bodybuilding in the morning and CrossFit in the evenings and weekends, if I have time, makes me feel great. #workout#garagegym#gym#dadbod
Isn’t photoshop great?!?! I was able to remove the box that I jumped off of and you can’t even tell.
Seriously though this is a before pic. I started a 12 week explosive training program today, so looking forward to seeing where I can take my jumping ability over these next 12 weeks.
I’ll post an update over the next few months and a final result before Thanksgiving before it all goes downhill with weight gain and holiday eating.
Some people care about having a six pack. I just care about dominating my son athletically well into his teenage years.
Bulk arms done!!! Crazy workout consisting of progressive sets of 15 reps using light weight, 12 reps using medium then 8 reps with heavy...short break then start heavy first go 8, 12 then 15 reps. Force set..3 sets of 5 reps using heaviest weight with small break between each. And single set with a drop set. Believe me arms burn like crazy after I'm done but boy oh boy the results!!!
