Playing with my father Gary Sobonya on his birthday at yesterday at #worldfestcalifornia. Hes a truly inspiring man and an incredibly hard worker. He also built that mandolin😂.This is a clip of a song called "Coyote with the Flowering Heart". It's a name I gave myself one time while working with a clairvoyant who really helped me years ago. I deeply needed to reconnect with my self and she encouraged me name that which was my true essence as I was lost in bulimia, binge drinking and a taxing relationship. I also deeply longed (and still do😐) for a child but realized I had to birth a new me before anything of the sort was possible. It was at that time I started going to AA and prayed for a certain medicine to come into my life, which it did shortly after 😮. I'm at the tail end of what feels like a really intense 10 year cycle that started at 23 and I am healthier than I've ever been in my adult life with a stronger sense of self and path than I can remember. I cry and laugh a LOT. Life is not easy by any means, it takes so much work to be healthy for me but good work and I'm not drinking away the HSP in me. I'm dedicated to meeting ancestral trauma head on this life and am battling some old shit whos freedom I believe in fighting for. When you heal ancestral traumas you heal the past and the future, healing knows not linear time(something I truly realized at standing rock). This is the role I truly feel was given to me this time around in my family... which used yo scared me but now does not....This song will be on the forthcoming record that is close to its final stages of art work and production! Love to all 💗 put aloe on skin on these hot days Xo, MS 🐺🌹💗

Happy Monday everybody! It's an especially great Monday for me and #babymin2. For the first time, she didn't cry during drop off for preschool and even managed to walk in on her own! Kudos to her for being so adaptable. Hoping that it stays this way from now on.
Welcome to Christmas in July!!
Over the next 12 days I will be bringing you "12 Days of Creative Play"!
Each day I will share an activity that you can try at home with your children. Some are for fun, some you will be able to use as Christmas gifts later in the year, but all will enrich your child and build on skills they will carry throughout their whole life.
Our first activity is baking. Baking with your child helps them to follow instructions, teaches them basic mathematics but also builds on life skills and gives them the confidence to try and succeed (with a tasty reward at the end).
This recipe makes 100 Cookies. You can bake them all at once if you need a large quantity or do what I did and split the batch. I added different things to eatch ball of dough eg; food colouring, cocoa, sprinkles, choc chips etc. I then rolled each ball of dough into a log, wrapped in baking paper and glad wrap and popped them in the freezer to be cooked at a later date.
Recipe in comments.

In honor of National Ice Cream Day (yes, there IS such a thing and it’s today!🍦), my Dad decided to celebrate his Birthday! 😜😂 Happy Birthday Dad! I’m glad you’re in Virginia to celebrate your Birthday and National Ice Cream Day with the fam! We love you! 🎂🎈❤️
90’s song!!!!! Hahahahahaha... ladies choose your men wisely and if you don’t have THAT MAN, remind yourself “I don’t want no scrubs” which MEANS you deserve to be surrounded by the best men, even if they’re just FEW and far between for now, because that strong man tribe? It helps put out the right VIBE!!! Beyoncé shouts all the single ladies, but to the wonderful men we are surrounded with, thanks for the love you give Radley and I!! ❤️❤️Just because you’re a single, unavailable mom does not mean you can’t have some seriously incredible men for him to know surrounding him! FOR REAL!!! This song takes me back but also makes me feel grateful! Today we don’t do scrubby men with zero morals! We won’t go back to those habits!!! Hahahahaha... #sundayfunday#funny#goodmen#dads#summer#singlemom#singlemoms#singledads#inspire#90s#tlc

They grow up fast, it’s our job to just hold on as long as we can😢
16 more days! I have a deal with my wife that from March - August is when I stay clean shaven. It also helps not to have beard tan lines. BUT soon the beard will be back!!!

The last time we hung out backstage after a @ptxofficial concert, there were fireball shots and champagne. This time there was Gatorade and discussions about Minecraft.
Thanks @scotthoying and the rest of the PTX crew for choosing Salt Lake City as the first stop on your tour. It was the first concert our boys have ever been to and they were 👏LIVING👏 FOR👏 IT! Thank you for inspiring them to pursue their dreams. (Cuz we all know these kiddos are destined for stardom)🤩.
Dear Papa, "Papa", You are my first ever superhero. You were my role model since when I was a child. Your name was my first words. Papa your hug made me feel safer. Made me feel secure. As a kid, I loved sleeping on your shoulder as you read me my bedtime stories.
Papa, I love you the most in the world. I remember when I was a child you would give me that piggy back rides the minute you got back home from work. No matter how tired you were, you always sat with me each night and made me do my homework. You were never busy when I needed you. You and mom would sit beside my bed the whole night when I would be ill and look after me. Papa when I cooked for the first time you were so pleased that you ate all the food yourself though it wasn't the best meal. You loved those little cards I made for you every year. I know you still have all those drawings I made as a kid. Papa, as I grew up you and mom, were more like my best friends than my parents.
Papa, I still love resting my head on your shoulder and listen to you reading me a bedtime story. Papa your little baby never changed. I know papa I don't tell you this more often. But I do love you a lot. I care for you and want to see you happy. I want to make you proud.
I remember all those people who would tell you that you don't have a son who can hold your name up. Papa you always told those people that you have a daughter who is worth ten such sons. The love you have for me is soo pure papa. No one can take your place in my life.
People tell me that I'm a grown-up, but papa with you around I always feel like that little four-year-old self. Papa you are my first birthday wish every year. You exactly know what I need and fulfill all my requirements. I am so lucky to have you.
Papa one day I'll make you so proud that people will tell that you are the luckiest father on earth. Papa, I love you a lot and will continue to love you forever and ever... you are my superhero till the very end.
Your Grown-Up Princess. :)
