Holyyyy Mother of Pearl..... this was a DOOZIE! I think the kicker for this workout was that you couldn’t let go of the barbell until the round was OVER. Each round consisted of:
5 power cleans
5 lunges each leg
As fast as you can go without causing your form to slip! I chose to use 85 lbs.
