It’s been a busy week so far getting the kids back to school and into the new routine. Having GRATITUDE for everything you eat is definitely great. But I know PLENTY of family members, friends and acquaintances who regularly "bless" their food, yet they still are sick. We must start to eat healthier food...and yes...still continue to be ever so grateful for what we are privileged to eat. Stay away from fried foods. Try to eat home more often. Did you know, avocados can actually serve as a remedy for bad breathe? When chewed it acts as natural toothbrush and even cleanses bacteria and debris caught in your throat and intestines! Avocados - along with papaya, and pineapples all contain Vitamin C which kills bad breathe causing bacteria.
Next time you need a freshener, opt to buy avocado instead of your drugstore mouthwash or mint. (Or do one better and get a Super Bowl 😉 to get all three cleansers and a healthy snack while you’re at it!)
Tuna Red Curry Brown Rice Noodles • @traderjoes red curry sauce strikes again! • here’s the lazy man’s version of my Cilantro Red Curry Noodles & Zoodles:
1️⃣ bring water to a boil for the noodles. Once boiling, add half zucchini (quartered), 1/3 c cauliflower & 2 oz brown rice noodles. Remove from heat.
2️⃣ let stand for 5 min (or per package directions) before draining
3️⃣ add shredded carrots, 1 can tuna (drained), about 2-3 T chopped picked ginger & 1 c chopped spinach to the pot
4️⃣ toss drained noodles & veggies with everything in the pot
5️⃣ top with 2-3 T of @traderjoes red curry sauce & toss well
6️⃣ plate with a lime wedge, sriracha & sesame seeds
7️⃣ literally ready in 10-15 min. Enjoy!

Another day, another ugly Tupperware salad 🤷🏻♀️ This is definitely my version of “fast food” when I’m on campus all day! This one has blueberries, chicken, avocado, grapes, spinach, and @tessemaes green goddess dressing! Last night at home spent at happy hour with my fam❤️We enjoyed alllll the apps & drank lots of🍷
Passed on the dessert bc we have more of these donuts at home😏
Pumpkin pie collagen donuts⏩DRY INGREDIENTS:
1 cup @bobsredmill 1:1 GF baking flour
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice @primalpalate
1/4 cup coconut sugar (do 1/3-1/2 cup if you’d like them v sweet)
2 scoops of collagen @tonicproducts
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 tbsp melted coconut oil @artisanaorganics
Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients separately, then combine the two. Grease donut pan with coconut oil (or any oil) & pour batter in the rings & then top with @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate morsels. Bake at 425 for 8 min. **very important to let them cool for 5ish min before eating
Top with coconut butter @artisanaorganics *Collagen is optional but if you have it, def use it bc it adds a nice little protein boost🤙🏼

Growing up we would eat pasta every Wednesday night at Papa Gino's🍝 no joke... and then I married a Gino( some day I'll make him a papa too) I love pasta, best of course in Italy 🇮🇹 ... some days I choose regular pasta with sauce, other days I choose summer squash spiralized w/ sautéed tomatoes, 1 tsp olive oil 🍅 + garlic...
