My early morning workouts may insinuate that I have mornings alllll figured out, but #nah! Truth is, this is me 9/10 mornings....walking to work (in the wrong shoes), hoping to not have to fight a bird 🦅 for my bacon 🥓 and running to dodge the 12 sprinkler systems on my journey 😩🤦🏽♀️, BUT always 😬, because I’m so grateful God granted me another opportunity to try again 🙌🏾. So if you’re trying to become a “morning fitness person,” keep trying, we all fall short sometimes and have to have 🥓 on the go. Nobody said it would be easy 🤷🏽♀️. #noonehasitfiguredout#baconislife#everydaystruggles#bacononthego#happyfriday#fridayfeels#baconisbae#trytryagain
Do you ever feel like you can't be honest with other people about how you're actually feeling? Do you ever feel like you are drowning but you can't tell anyone because you have to be "the strong one" ? Do you ever feel like you can't tell anyone how you really are because you feel like no one will believe you or take you seriously?
Take it from someone who knows from experience... don't keep it in. When you're in pain, don't sit back and just be in pain. If you're anxiety is high and your depression is at its worst, don't tell everyone that you're fine. If you always feel like you have to be "the strong one" for everyone else, take care of yourself. If you think no one is going to believe you, someone will.
You can be honest with me. You don't have to be "the strong one" with me. I believe you.
You're probably thinking "why does this random girl care about other people's problems?" Because I've been in your shoes and nothing is worse then feeling like you have no outlet. Whether you believe it or not...when you're not okay, it affects EVERYONE around you. Not just you. Your happiness matters.
So if you need someone I'm here. Message me, email me whatever. I'll always keep it anonymous but don't keep it bottled up. Your life is just as important as everyone else's and don't ever forget that.
Reminder for those struggling with your nutrition or just trying to keep yourself on track with your goals (ie peak week for all you 80 Day Obsessioners!); Food only makes us happy for a moment. Self control produce results.
Results make us happy all day. Therefore, practicing self control makes us happy. Not food.

Goofing around with everything in your wardrobe is an everyday routine. I just happened to videotape it. 😂 #EverydayStruggles
