We left our car on a small spot filled with tourists on the right side of the road and we passed the street towards a small wall that separates the street from the beach. We were on top of everything and I felt right there on the spot the warm wind on my face and a salty odor coming from the sea. Soon I closed my eyes, wanting to always remember that view. It was a view that you will always want to remember and that you couldn’t pass it to others through words. It was one of the most detailed memory I have ever had. I felt lost, but the kind of lostness you want in your life.
I don’t plan to stop posting about Greece anytime soon so if you’re getting tired of stunning bougainvillea and ocean views I sincerely apologize. 🙃
This was taken on our hike down the mountain after watching the sunset on Ios island. 🌺
Russia's countryside is dotted with exquisite medieval churches. The 17th-century Ascension church was built with money donated by the town's wealthiest merchant and has interiors decorated with a carved and gilded Baroque altar and 18th-century icons.
