Then specialising in health and wellness coaching, positive psychology and coaching groups.
2 years ago I began studying business and how to grow my coaching practise into a business.
And now I am completing my hypnotherapy diploma, along with the work really revving up now on my business accelerator @dentglobal
Most of my weekends over this time have been spent studying, training or practising. The small amount of time I've had left my body needed to just rest&do nothing, and if I can, see my family.
Now when I get a free wknd, or day and can spend it with friends- it feels like such a gift. And I feel so grateful to be at a place now where I'm finally able to get the balance in my life now between work&play! 💗
