I think back day is about to become my favorite day! 😱🤷🏼♀️ Leg day has always been my favorite day, but I think back day might be number 1! 💪🏻🙌🏻 What is your favorite training day?
Monday workout done y'all!! Worked a half shift so made sure I came in to get it in. And I needed it. Some days you work out because you want to....and some days you NEED to. And today was one of those days. I walked in with the mentality that I wanted to [email protected] #$ some 💩 up....even if it was me. So I went beast mode and ended up PR'ing on the squat press machine....maxed out at 245lbs for 4 sets of 20 reps!! I pushed myself on some exercises and pulled back on others. No matter my mentality, I still listened to my body. And because I thought why not, I went ahead and worked upper body just a tad....although I'm still sore from boxing yesterday. I hope you guys and gals have had a good Monday. Yesterday there were many stars ✨ up in the sky. Spent time watching the stars and did some reflections after a sumptuous dinner (thanks Chef).
What if what we do make someone we love unhappy but make ourselves happy? Will we still be truly happy?
Many of times we think that what we do will make another person happy.. but maybe that’s not what the person really wants / needs.. do we still do it? Hmmm.. even if the intention is good, but does the person want it?
Where do we draw the line? .
Kindness breeds kindness.. but love doesn’t necessary reap love or happiness.. it doesn’t mean that when u give more, u will definitely receive more.. do u stop giving? Do u continue to love? .
I am grateful that I have God in my life whose love is unconditional.. are we able to find that in human? I am not searching anymore. Instead.. I am just grateful with what I have.. that’s all I need now.

Veggie rice rolls with baked tofu and spicy peanut sauce by @plantlovinturk 💚
Oil Free Spicy Peanut Sauce:
1/2 cup creamy all natural peanut butter
1/2 cup to 3/4’s cup of water depending on how thick or thin you like it
1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons tamari
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 lime juiced
1 inch fresh ginger grated
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sriracha
2 teaspoons fresh cilantro
How To Make:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!

NSV: I’ll never forget how hotel towels or really any towel could never fully wrap around my body.. I’d always have a “gap” (you can see that gap in the left photo along with an outline of my lower stomach protruding out).
Now I can wrap that same towel completely over itself without any gaps! ☺️ It’s the little things..

The front squat is a fantastic compound lower body exercise you can utilize in your training to improve lower body strength. With that being said, it’s also an exercise that’s performed incorrectly more times than not
