Reunited and it feels so good! 👏💃 Check out our story to see how cracked out we were this morning! 😂😂 Got back from the cruise yesterday, went straight to the grocery store, meal prepped, and ready to ⚔️⚔️ the week!! Tiff and I did a circuit today of the following: 1 mile run around the track to warm up, 5 min circuits of two exercises consisting of around the worlds/weighted bosu squats, deadlifts/bicep curls, tricep kickbacks/weighted lunges, and an ab circuit, and added two rounds of jogging around the track between each set to keep the ❤️ pumping! 💪 We finished up with a good stretch while listing to a motivational podcast and talking about our goals this week! Sorry for the poor lighting in the vid; being backlit is never good 😅 But my usual workout area is ridiculously messy (laundry piles, anyone else? 😂), so there wasn’t room to put down my mat 🙈 Just #keepingitreal, yallz 😘
Anyway, I still get lots of qs abt how many rounds I manage per 7m circuit. It SRSLY depends, guys!! I cldn’t complete circuit 1 within the timer today, but then I was able to do slightly over one round for circuit 2! So it REALLY really depends on the moves, how I’m feeling, heck, how humid it is?! 🙃 But basically, resist the urge to compare yrself w others... As long as you can say you’re working hard and doing yr best, you’re getting all e benefits 👏🏻

Weighed in this morning and the scale read higher than yesterday? There are a few things to take into consideration. Look at the picture above and see how you can make yourself better. Don’t eat to much sodium, try to stay away from carbs late at night. Always weigh in at the same time every day, and remember to use the restroom before weigh-ins.

The weather in the UK today is marvellous ☀️🤤
I’ve been reflecting on this weekend and even though Saturday didn’t go how I would have liked it to, I couldn’t of been more proud of myself and what I brought to the IFBB Amateur stage. By far the best I’ve ever looked to date and I was overwhelmed by the amount of support throughout this prep in particular. I couldn’t be more grateful for all the love.

From the first time competing to earlier this year...A 4 year transformation that probably doesn't look like much to most people, but I can tell you it has been a long, hard, but fulfilling journey so far. 😊
I've had many doubters and non believers along the way with hate, telling me I will stop training as I get older; questioning whether I have achieved this naturally; or the many other excuses they come up with.
I still to this day have that 🔥 burning stronger than ever to keep blazing the path I have chosen.
So my advice to you is don't listen to those who doubt your ability and goals, keep your head down, heart open and always challenge youself.
