Haven’t done a workout in 4 weeks!!! Decided to jump straight into BBG Stronger - still feeling jello but great, I know I’m going to have some regrets tomorrow🙈And mind u, this is still week 1 beginner. I can’t imagine what the real week1 will feel like..

Recently I purchased one of the @deliciouslyella protein balls for the first time. I was out and about meeting a friend for coffee and needed a little healthy snack to keep me going until I got home.
I went into @hollandandbarrett and was spoilt for choice but I liked the look of this.
These are free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar and of course are vegan 🌱 friendly.
They are made from almond butter, almonds, hemp protein, date syrup and freeze dried raspberries, so a very healthy snack. With 197kcal and 8.1g of protein this was perfect to keep me on track.
They taste really good too! Very flavoursome and sweet. I have a really sweet tooth so welcome and products like this.
Next time you are out shopping try popping into a health shop like @hollandandbarrett and try one of these rather than going for a chocolate bar.

YES I have had low days! EVERYONE has low days and it’s completely normal but some people don’t know the low days I have had (LEFT PIC) feeling so weak mentally and physically.... I’m always posting such happy positive things , and truly that’s what makes me such a happy positive person because I have been through that anxiety or that stressing yourself out point but it makes me so much more understanding on other people! Becuz when I go through it I can help people or just be wayyy more understanding to those people. Or when people want to give up , THERE has been so MANY times where I wanted to give up on so many things, but I said nahhh I have to keep going I only got 1 life and idk how long it is so I better make the best of it❤️
I post this becuz I always get DM’s or people telling me “how are you so positive all the time” yes I am but that dosent mean I don’t ever have negative thoughts or bad times of course I do it’s completely normal! I have negative thoughts all the time BUT I have learned to just switch them💡🧠

Since I started working out a couple years ago, I’ve pretty much always had to deal with some slight forearm tendinitis (self diagnosed so idrk what it is) and I’ve tried resting for weeks with no permanent fix. Through trial and error, I have found what movements hurt my bone and which feel comfy and natural. I think this pain has set my bicep growth a little behind but its no biggie. Don’t really know what the point of this was but if you read this much, like this post with your nose👃 -
