This topic is dear to me because I’ve been there I wanted the quick fix and I can tell you from experience it does not work 🙅🏼♀️
Lately, I’ve been stressing myself to loose the last 4lbs to be at my goal weight. But I took a step back & looked at my overall progress. -I’ve lost a total of 18lbs since December, by cleaning up my diet & putting in hard work 💪🏻
If you’re just starting your journey don’t stop, keep going, you can do this! ✨💗
As of late and due to work and dad duties, I’ve been doing my workouts in the morning again and damn it feels good. That shower after the workout and the productivity levels feel high to start your day off.
I was an advocate for PM sessions since I was more awake but what do you all prefer? AM or PM workouts?

My body is probably 80% legs... legs for days and these babies gotta look good because they take up the majority of ME. 😂I have been focusing on growing and learning these babies out and it’s been extremely hard but so so worth it. Stick to the plan because it is bound to work. Just for fun, I’ve attached a leg workout for y’all! . #legsfordays#calfmuscles .
10 minute treadmill run/jog
50 kettle bell swings light weight .
3x 20 calf raises
3x box jumps .
3x sissy squats with heels on plate
3x curtsy lunges .
3x single leg deadlifts with weight
3x 20 toe taps on box .
Stretch it out .

These are some of my typical carb sources I eat on a low carb diet. Broccoli is my staple veggie, but I always have it on hand.
The grapes are a bit high in sugar, so I have them either before or directly after my workouts.
Fitness isn’t about being better than someone else it’s about being better then you use to be .🙌🏻

OK SO. Normally I wouldn’t let myself quit a workout program early, but this time I made an exception. My team has been RAVING about this new program that just came out and the results they are already seeing are 👌🏼. So what’s a girl to do?? I HAD TO JOIN THEM 😍

ABS & CARDIO💦
Here’s a little motivation for your Monday🤗😘💪🏻
The Circuit: Repeat x3:
1. Exercise ball in & outs (16 reps)
2. Snap jumps (20 reps)
3. Mountain climbers (100 reps)
4. Leg drops with alternating elbow crosses (40 reps)
This is a circuit I incorporate into my abs and cardio routine...it will give your abs a good burn and really get your heart rate up!👌🏻
⚡️TIPS: for snap jumps and mountain climbers, make sure your hips are level and that you’re not arching your back!...keep a steady, level spine and keep your shoulders over your wrists👍🏻

🙅🏼♀️¡Feliz lunes!🙅🏼♀️ A menudo pienso en las maneras distintas en las que se puede vivir un hecho objetivo. Un mismo comentario, indiferente para algunos, puede cambiarle el día a otra persona. Una noticia puede ser dolorosa para muchos y pasar inadvertida o incluso alegrar a otros. Mi carrera de ayer fue algo parecido. Conocida por ser la más “fácil” de Madrid, a mí se me complicó desde el principio: calor, masificación en los primeros km, cascos que no sincronizan y te hacen correr sin música y sin escuchar tus tiempos... Mi objetivo era probarme, sentir que podía correr sin dificultad después de los 100km. El año pasado regalé el dorsal porque aún no me sentía cómoda (y eso que me retiré de los 100km). Este año estoy emocionada con haber cruzado ambas metas y sentirme recuperada.
