A great and simple way to help with these common problems are to train with a partner. Someone that will work hard and push you to work even harder. Someone who can hold you accountable. Unfortunately it’s easy to let yourself down but letting your training partner down hurts....Like a disappointed parent lol. .
If your training is struggling from anything I mentioned above, a training partner can help. Try reaching out to your buddies or maybe just someone you look up to in the gym. If you’re really interested in taking the next step then you’ll do whatever is necessary.
Ever wonder where you can be a year from now? My biggest takeaway from this entire trip was being able to look back and reflect on the person I was at our last coaching summit. •
I was a broke college student struggling to get by. I had the worst mindset in the world where I had no confidence to achieve my goals. I had no clue where life was taking me and was just going with the flow to please others. I never put myself first. I sat there and filled my thoughts with jealousy wondering how I was going to accomplish my goals like all these other girls that I envied did. Wondering how I could make that 6 figure business from home consumed my thoughts. My relationship started to struggle and I completely lost sight of myself. •
THEN the switch was flipped. •
I left Nursing school which led to such a huge stress relief and decided to go full time at a local restaurant in my home town. I truly loved my job but it still managed to bring me down and I wasn’t fully living up to my potential, but for a while that was my focus. I took some time away from my relationship to really focus on ME and as hard as it is to say, it was the best thing that could have happened at that time. I went out and made my first big girl purchase on my own and got the brand new car I always dreamed of. Everything was finally starting to fall into place. •
My goal was to change lives and I knew the only way for me to continue to rise above I had to make a decision. And just about a month ago I decided to go full time CEO of my own business. That decision right there has changed my life. •
I am growing mentally physically emotionally and there is no better feeling than to be able to share my story with others. There is so much to know and I honestly could create a book. But my biggest WHY for next year when we return to INDY is to have my team here with me knowing I gave them the opportunity of freedom just like my coach gave to me. Yes I am living my best life. And there is so much more to come.

It’s Sunday, so strike a pose! Hope you all had a wonderfully fabulous weekend and I just can’t hide it! •
This weekend I didn’t do much and I think that’s OK. It’s been a crazy few weeks and I needed some time to just stare at the wall and not think about my massive to-do list. Like fitness, recovery is just as important as going hard and getting the work done. If you’re constantly moving forward there’s no time to sit and reflect on how far you’ve come and recalibrate if necessary.
