So I haven’t worked out in a week but I’m 9 lbs away from my short term goal (under 200 lbs by August 25th) 💃🏾 I made a dr appt for July 30th where I’ll be getting blood work done & a physical. Last time I had blood work done I was borderline diabetic & had high cholesterol so I’m excited to hear the results since I’ve changed my eating habits 🤗 I’ll be getting more information about a breast reduction & when is the best time to get another sleep test done with prayers that my sleep apnea has wiped away 🙏🏾 I’ll have to get resize (Lane Bryant ONLY) to see how smaller they’ve gotten since January. My current battle is exercising 2-4x a week 👈🏾 this is my goal but my time management skills such & I’m lazy y’all 🤦🏾♀️ My lifestyle will slow down tremendously after August 15th then it’s all me 🏋🏾♀️🤸🏾♂️💃🏾 .
You are exactly where you need to be. Wishing is a waste of time. We don’t wish to get the things we want and all of a sudden it appears. We declare what we want and we work obsessively to attain it. Put them blinders on and get to work. If others don’t call you crazy than you’re not working hard enough for your goals.

Who doesn’t love a workout out at 1pm in 100 degree weather. 🤗
Do one exercise and do the next one immediately after. Repeat for 3 sets. Then take a 3 min break and do the next 2 exercises.
Jump rope 3x35
Knee tucks 3x10
Jump rope 3x35
Jump rope 3x35
Jumping jacks 3x25
Complete 1 set of each exercise then rest 30sec and repeat.
Front walk 3x10
Back walk 3x10
Side step band 3x10
Complete both exercises and all 3 sets without rest. ~~~
Alternating feet line hops 3x20sec
Single foot line hops 3x20sec

The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That’s what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they’ll go through the pain no matter what happens

I'm not in the best shape, but I want to prove to myself I can do something that seems insurmountable and inspire others by showing them no matter where they are in their fitness goals, they can do it, too 💛
Hahahaha god the drool ! 😂😂 In other news I'm struggling to walk after my first leg workout yesterday in weeks! Trying to grow those glutes back to what they once were and better! I've pretty slack at keeping up with Instagram since Bear was born. Going to do my best to be a little more regular from now on! We are moving house this weekend to get this one ready for sale because we've decided to build! 🤗 super excited but a ridiculous amount of work to get done! 😥 Any tips of what to look out for when building send them my way please! 💖 and moving with a crawling baby tips! Haha I feel like this is going to be hard 🤔😩😂
