As many of you know every Wednesday I do Win Wednesday’s with my clients, the point of these WINS is the celebrate all aspects of our journeys. It is so important to recognize every win throughout this journey and celebrate girl and I mean really celebrate!
As women we get so hung up on the scale number that we let it dictate our lives and also our self-worth and most importantly our progress. I have some clients where the scale barely moves and they look like a completely different person. (swipe left to see)⬅️⬅️
I want you to join us today and celebrate your non-scale victories! Mine are: getting a full 7-8 hours of sleep, getting in all of my scheduled workouts, and I have implemented massages 1-2x per month! All wins for me as they are things I say I will do and then tend to allow them to fall to the back burner.
What are some of your Non-scale victories? ⬇️ Lets celebrate!🎉
Late post... up at 2 am and got my workout done before I had to be at work by 5 am 😁. No excuses!!! So what’s your excuses?

Can you let me know how we met? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Choose one of the following:
B. We met in real life;
C. You’re a client; or
D. You will one day become a client.
Let me know in the comments below, but before you do, I need to let you know a few things you might not know about me:
North by Northwest is my all-time favorite movie 🍿
I work best in the morning (but not TOO early) 💃
And I could eat peaches for the rest of my life. 🍑
Let me know how we know each other...I’d love to
connect even more.
You have simply GOT to try this meal. I don’t know how appetising it looks to you all, but it is SO easy, honestly the quickest meal I have made to date and so healthy. It is completely vegetarian for those of you come to me for recipe inspiration and prefer to not eat animal products. I have only just come across @explorecuisine products... I am hooked and have eaten this about 5 days out of 10 for my dinner. The macros are inSANE and if you make it in the quantity I do I bet you would struggle to eat the entire lot.
I just boil up 100g of organic black bean spaghetti for 3 minutes and add it to mix of baby spinach and 30g of green pesto. That is it! The whole lot comes to 475kcal and wait for it….. 48g of protein!!!! Promise me you will try it…it its delicious!!! #naturalborncavewoman
I’m a mom, what’s your superpower?🤱🏽
Throughout my pregnancy, I had so many people telling me that I would “bounce back no problem!” So much so that I actually started to believe them.
But let me tell you what.
I did not “bounce back no problem”.
I worked and continue to work my ASS off to reach my physique goals postpartum.
It’s not genetics. It didn’t just happen. I didn’t just “get lucky”. It wasn’t easy.
It took a lot of hard work, dedication, and discipline to get here. Starting from the moment I got pregnant until now!
Genetics and luck didn’t drag my ass to the gym at 42 weeks pregnant when all I wanted to do was sleep all day. Genetics and luck isn’t what wakes me up at 4:30 in the morning most mornings to get a workout in before Nick goes to work and Cohen wakes up. Genetics and luck isn’t what keeps me from eating my entire kitchen because breastfeeding makes me feel like a bottomless pit.
Stop selling yourself short by chalking up someone else’s progress and success to genetics and luck. It might seem like some people have it easy, but you only see a small glimpse of their day by what they show you on social media. You don’t see the hard work that goes on behind the scenes.
If you want something, you need to work for it. No body is given hand outs. Don’t be the thing thats standing in your way.👊🏼

I recently read a post that was talking about body positivity and how people should stop posting before and after pics. Which I totally understand where they are coming from, here is my take on it..... My reasoning and what has kept me motivated to continue to workout has always been for my mental health. The physical changes are just some benefits that came with it. Now the pic from me on the left a year and a half ago. I was sad, unhappy, and wanted to sleep ALL the time. Working out and eating whole foods has helped me create a balance in my life and given me that feeling again of reason in life. I no longer have that foggy feeling every day. Most days it's a clear picture and direction. I do believe that you should workout and eat whole foods to be healthy. But remember healthy comes in many different shapes and sizes.
So I don't believe you need to be a certain size to be happy or healthy. As long as you are rockin it and feeling great that's all that matters.
This is my healthy and I am rockin it💪👊 #healthyisnotonesize#mentalhealth#fit#fitness#fitties#fitish#fitmom#fitnessmom#fitishmom#fitmoms#fitnessmoms#fitishmoms#igfit#igfitness#igfitmom#igfitnessmoms#happy#healthy#depression#wellness#joy

So Convention has come and gone!
This photo is the night we got to celebrate reaching Diamond on the grand stage.
You see... when we started sharing about oils, all we knew was that we loved having tools to make good choices for our families. With all of the misinformation to navigate through, we didn’t know how to actually do that. Young Living gave us those tools and a whole bunch we didn’t know we needed.
And then we realized there was also a business. A business that seemed so ‘out there’ at first that I aggressively rejected it.
But when I saw that this was more than making money... The dollars were there and that was exciting... but this was about empowering families and women and people that I love with wellness... I was sold and I got to work.
I started with fears. Fears that stopped me from speaking truth because I was scared of people’s thoughts.
What I have learned is that people want to know what the heck we’re doing, they are just scared of the same things I was.
No one wants to be weird, no one wants to be pushy or to be judged. Everyone wants to be healthy and free and happy and successful.
In our short 2 years of taking that first jump off a cliff, it has proven to be all of that and so much more.
Our sisters, friends, moms, cousins, husbands, kids, our lives are better because of the first decision to punch fear in the face and FORGET about the repercussions of stepping outside of the normal track. No one ever discovered something new by staying the same.
I am grateful. For my husband who believes in me, friends who threw caution to the wind to try and find a better way side by side. Together we have propelled a movement that is a whirlwind of health and joy and fun and success.
This picture represents so much. This photo represents 7750 people who are making the same decisions and finding the same path in their own ways.
Congratulations to everyone. We know this comes from our team who breaks molds, who makes impossible things happen and doesn’t give in to their fears. We grow, we learn and we keep pushing.
And we’ll be cheering the loudest for you when you walk that stage.
We aren’t special. There is no trick.
We just decided to go for it.
This is me. Messy hair, just finished working out, now turning into mom! Welcome to my page! I hope I can motivate you as much as I’m trying to motivate myself! #lettucebskinny#fitnessmoms

Besides always getting a really good challenging work, Camp Gladiator makes their campers feel special! I completed a fitness challenge and got a T-shirt which could’ve been delivered in an envelope but it was delivered in this special box so when you open it up you feel like you really did achieve something! This company really knows how to keep their campers motivated! #Bettertogether
I remember feeling trapped in my own body as a teenager, I used to feel so uncomfortable in my own skin. I thought that in order to look the way I wanted to, I would have to eat less. I was irritable and extremely unhealthy. Always looking for the fastest/ extreme way to look better. But none of that was sustainable and always ended up in the same place.
Over the years I learned that there is no fast or extreme way to make real changes. I came to terms with the fact that it would take time. And that’s something that most of us don’t want to hear when we want to lose weight or change our physique. But learning balance is much easier said than done. The longer you do it the easier it will get, until eventually it becomes a lifestyle. You CAN make progress while enjoying life and enjoying your favorite food.
Are you struggling with this? If so, send me a private message. Let’s talk! 🧡
Ps. Yes, I have cellulite in my bum. I actually don’t mind it. 💁♀️ (For those that will take the time to let me know my flaws through private messages.) 🙂
This is the walking that brings on labor, right?😆 It's 41 weeks this weekend & that's when they start talking about what to do if he doesn't show on his own by 42! I'd definitely rather not get into that soo this week is including lots of walks, date recipes, raspberry leaf tea & I'm sure some other fun ideas I haven't come across yet😅 Happy Tuesday friiiends!! #LetsAllHopeHeDoestGetMyDanceMoves
I think we all have ran from some type of internal wound or problem of ours. By ‘run’ I mean, we might not have talked about it or processed it, or, we might have numbed out our emotions and feelings.
When we run from our problems and fill our voids it could be similar to pouring dirt in an open physical wound causing infection.
The best thing we can do is handle the issue head on. Don’t wait, the sooner you can face it and deal with it, the better!
Happy healing! ❤️🙏🏼

Michael Jordan said : “I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.” I’m realizing that success comes from a journey in trying, failing, being teachable, learning, restarting old passions and not giving up on them, and growing daily. Through the failures we grow. We become relatable. We become humbled. We find our fire. This last year I picked tennis back up and started a new career that I thought was the last thing I would ever do. I’ve had friends pick up piano, running, new jobs...what about you?
Every morning we get up and go to the gym. It’s my “me time!” Not just for the physical aspects of it but it fuels my mental state too. I love kicking off the day with an energy boost both physically and mentally. This morning we switched up the routine and went to the trampoline park. It was so fun to act like a child again and let me tell you I was sweating like a pig when we left. Whew! 🤪. Life is hectic but make sure you make time for yourself! You are the only one that can take care of YOU...oh yeah and coffee helps too! 😘 (-see my instastory)
