Mais sachez que quels que soient vos objectifs, il est recommandé d’intégrer des intensités différentes en fonction des exos, voir des cycles d’entraînements différents (surtout chez les power😅)
Cela met plus de variété et vous vous lasserez moins vite 😀
La musculation est un marathon et non un sprint 😉 Ne soyez pas excessivement presser !
Testez, apprenez, changez si ça ne marche pas et gardez ce qui fonctionne pour vous.
Certains gardent le même programme pendant des années, si cela marche, pourquoi pas après tout ? Mais ça ne veut pas dire que vous devez faire pareil. Et l’inverse marche aussi ! Ne changez pas votre programme si vous continuez de progresser dessus !
Pour ma part, je pense que l’important avant tout est d’apprécier votre entraînement et de prendre plaisir dans ce que vous faites ! (En gros aimer souffrir quoi 🤪)

I don't want to hear that you don't have time, that's not it.We all have the same amount of time each day and the only thing that separates you from the greats is your prioraties and your willingness to work hard and getting things done! don't be that person that procrastinates things because the irony is when you try to fill comfortable , life will throw more and more uncomfort on you.
On the other hand if you will get everything done on time, life will open her arms to you.

Today was a good day of training . My goal for the end of July was to link 3 Strict MU ✔️, I also learnt to drop from the top too!

No matter if you’re 5 pounds or 500 pounds. Your decision to get fit Is about becoming a better, healthier and more confident version of your own self. Like I always say, never compare yourself to someone else or try to get in shape to be better than someone else because it’s impossible and really a unhealthy mindset. Do it for you and for you only! It’ll be so much more rewarding to look in the mirror and see the version of you that you dreamed and worked so hard to become, instead of doing all that hard work just to look in the mirror and compare yourself to someone else and think “am I better than them yet?”
