In estremo ritardo (abbiate pazienza, d’ Estate i ritmi sono rallentati anche per me!😅) vi posto la mia #routinedellunedi - Sveglia, acqua, caffè con un cucchiaino di #oliodicocco e 3 gr di #bcaa - #Allenamento secondo il protocollo #PHA a digiuno (- non fatevi idee strane😅 non si tratta di una ricetta magica per dimagrire! Mi alleno a digiuno a causa di una patologia che ho scoperto 10 anni fa, Anafilassi da sforzo fisico.. e per ragioni mediche lunghe da spiegare, devo evitare cibo a ridosso dell’ allenamento - c’è da dire però che allenarmi a #digiuno migliora il mio umore e mi rende attiva per tutta la giornata!)
- Di corsa nel centro estetico dove faccio una seduta di #pressoterapia abbinata a delle fasce riscaldanti #effettosauna che aiutano ad espellere tossine - Amminoacidi essenziali (io uso quelli di @sabiasystem che presto vi mostrerò - a proposito, sappiate che col codice sconto MISSPT potrete avere il vostro sconticino sul loro sito e dopo un pó.. - Una piccolo pasto bilanciato, per reintegrare tutte le scorte

I am definitely my own self critic, always looking for weak points even when others don't think it's there
I know I still have a long way to go, but today I am taking the time to appreciate how far I have come. I've only been in the bodybuilding game for 12 months and in that time I've always known that my back is my weak point. Some people said to me "don't beat yourself over it, it's down to genetics and you might not have the genes for a good back". I was like screw that, I am going to work my fuckin ass off everyday if that's what it takes.
Morale of the story, NEVER give up! Strive to be the hardest worker in the room, trust the process and believe me the result will come

If you are serious about your training or really want to make a change, you need to see your training as an investment, as opposed to an expense. A lot of the time, people stick to the lower cost options and give up when they realise they’re not seeing any difference.
Small group training has been a game changer for me. You get the 1-1 attention of a PT but are surrounded by like-minded people who can support but also push and challenge you in every session.
I cannot stress how important it is to find a training environment that suits you. It should be something you enjoy and not something that you see as a chore. It won’t be sustainable if you dread it. .
Anyone who is serious about making a change, I cannot recommend these coaches enough. My training and mindset has been completely transformed over the last two years. I never thought I’d have such a love for training the way I do now 🙌🏻

It was pride weekend and if you are on this journey to becoming the best version of yourself, then you have every right to be proud as well! I wanted to put it out there that there definitely IS such thing as bad pride. Be proud of who you are and the journey you have undertaken to become the best version of who you are cause it is yours.

After a loooong weekend of painting, Pierce's room is finally done and ready to be decorated! I spent all day yesterday painting doors & trim, plus a few touchups to the walls.. so I had to get away for a quick lift 💪Thank you to everyone for coming Saturday to help and for leaving us will all kinds of junk food lol And thank you to my momma for making a couple trips to help even when we weren't there!

Hostess now makes Jumbo Donettes, aka regular sized doughnuts. They’re individually wrapped and feel a little fresher than the normal “bag stuffed with donuts” approach that Donettes take. The chocolate frosting is better than expected too. Is it gourmet? Hell no, but these will do when you’re in a real jumbo pinch.
Carrot cake all the things, please. 🙋🏻♂️ That’s been my message to this industry for a while now, and @sunbeltbakery‘s carrot cake granola bars are a huge step in the right direction. Much authenticity with real carrots and heavy spices to include cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. A good creaminess component from the icing. They even have the coconut, raisins, and nuts that some (but not all) carrot cakes have. I really dig these and it’s all the evidence I need to say carrot cake should be a more marketed flavor, dammit!

in typical courto fashion though, i’m over here thinking how can i turn me getting my hair cut into some sort of inspiration for you all this monday morning 🤔
let’s start with this...
you know what you don’t want which leads you to know what you do want.
contrast in this universe, causes your personal preferences and desires to develop and grow and even change with time.
i know that i want long hair therefore i didn’t want to cut off 7 inches.
i know that i want financial success in order to support myself.
i know that i want deep, loving relationships.
i know that i want optimal health and well-being.
imagine yourself as a chef. with a kitchen stocked with every ingredient imaginable. you have a clear want and desire for what you want to create here. as you begin to make your creation, you come across ingredients that are not appropriate so you simply leave them out. you don’t feel a need to push against those ingredients or ban them from the kitchen because you know you don’t have to use them unless youuuu want to. you understand that there are plenty of ingredients harmonious with what you want to create so you use more of those. there is no concern over the things that don’t enhance your creation.
in a world with millions of opinions and trends being thrown at you every day, you don’t have to choose them simply because others are. exposure to contrast can (& should) inspire you to make specific decisions, ones that continually make YOU feel good.
there is no right. there is no wrong.
maybe this was a little bit of a stretch. but my point here, and what i want you to hopefully take away from this (if you made it this far) is that you are in control of your own reality.
variety in this world causes you to create preferences for yourself. and that’s an amazing thing. if you continue on and continue to think of those preferences and how good they make you feel you can (& will) receive your desires in true abundance. ✨
