I wanted to finish, but not push myself. I mean I am just being honest that thought went through my head. But... I didn’t...I pushed...one more I said during the burn out. It felt good! I work d all day and my arms aren’t feeling to bad! And the best part...it didn’t kill me, and DAMN I feel STRONG!

Very important area that doesn’t get enough attention from most people. Even if your problem is at the elbow or shoulder, you might just be surprised what can happen after you give this a shot. If one or both of you hands move like the left one in the 3rd video, read on.
Much like our ankles/feet, our hands Are the way we interact with the world around us. If the information and function is compromised there, everything else suffers as well. This variation is a little more thorough than a wrist stretch without any rotation (2nd video) because it addresses the way the #nerves run all the way down to the hands.
Go slow and breathe. Spread the fingers. Shoulder down. The farther you turn the fingers back, the more intense it is. Start with something very easy and see how you respond before you go for broke.
