Oatmeal is clearly an obsession of mine... but it’s just so good! Can’t help but have it 99% of the time for breakfast🤷🏽♀️ Got samples of @justin’s and decided to give one a try today! I tried out the vanilla one today and it was amazing😍😍! CINNAMON CHIA OATS!
1/2 cup oats cooked in 1 cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 mashed banana, tons of cinnamon, 1 scoop of @vitalproteins unflavored collagen peptides, a pinch of pink himalayan salt, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, and a dash of maca powder! Topped it off with nana coins, strawbs, and @justins vanilla almond butter!🍌🍓🥄

👉 mix 1 container @kitehillfoods plain almond milk yogurt with 2 tbs @organicgrain chia seeds + a big splash of milk. cover and let sit overnight in fridge. in the AM add more milk if needed and then top with banana, raspberries, @beefreeglutenfree granola and almond butter 👌👌

It’s the same for ice cream, sweets, jams, and if your disorder gets really serious, it can even be any type of food. Yet you should not fear food, it is necessary to live and believe me, you have to eat a huge amount before putting on weight, so never be afraid of that. Enjoy your meals. If you find it tough, here is a tip for you: just before you begin your meal, take your knife and fork. Think in your head: “knife and fork in hand, here I go.” Say it in a motivated, determined way. Then immediately start to eat, slowly making your way to finishing your plate. If you do this properly before every meal, it will become a sort of mechanism and, after a while, every time you pick up your knife and fork, you will naturally start eating. This is a technique that has been proven, so you can do it too. Once you gain confidence, challenge yourself and overcome the rest of your fears. Have a piece of chocolate, a slice of cake. You’ll be doing your body a world of good because you know you want it, it’s your disorder that doesn’t. It may be scary but you are not alone fighting these thoughts. This very long + terrifying week with Ollie boy is getting better each day! If you saw him today you would have no idea everything he just went through aside from his many shave spots all over his big body . I’m finally not in panic mode anymore, but boy will I be glad when we hit the 14 day mark and he is all healed up!! My sweet pup is a fighter and we are so thankful for the recovery he has made!! Thank you again for everyone who has reached out-your kind words have helped soothe my soul ❤️
With the days becoming more normal, @favor is being phased out and I am finding brain space to prep some meals again! This brekkie bowl may be simple, but it sure is delicious!

Faible en glucides et riche en protéine et en bon gras ce déjeuner me procure une bonne énergie.
1/3 à 1/2 tasse de blanc d’œuf
Une mesure de protéine au chocolat de Herbalife 🌱
On passe le tout au mélangeur et je fais cuire dans une poêle avec un peu d’huile de coco à basse température.
Garniture : petits fruits, noix de Grenoble et noix de cajou, graine de chanvre.

i appreciate silence just as much as i appreciate the sounds of nature. as easy as it is to distract ourselves with music or background noise, sometimes our minds have valid thoughts and feelings to sort out. slow Sundays mornings are a place to start embracing just that. smoothie bowl to cool off after a warm-ish run. enjoy your day! 💜

NYC Sunday morning traditions 😋 @essabagel1stave multigrain with scallion cream cheese, lox & avocado. It’s been awhile since I enjoyed my fav bagel and it tasted sooooo good post #brooklynhalf! Solid nutrition, rest, foam rolling and epsom salt baths are helping my sore legs recover! Have a peaceful Sunday everyone.
Breakfast for dinner coming to the rescue after a long AF day! Sometimes it’s just easier to throw all your fav things in a bowl and call it a day. After working out, going the farmer’s market, teaching, cleaning, and heading out to a party soon I needed a grounding bowl to carry me through until I hit the sack. Even though I’m going to party where there will be drinking you’ll catch me bringing konbucha or @lacroixwater, it’s legal to drink at 19 in Canada, however I’m not about that life (not that I’m against anyone who is!) I don’t drink due to personal reasons, but what ever floats your boat is what I’m about 💁🏻♀️ Now off to baking something real quick cause I never go empty handed! Have a beautiful Saturday evening everyone! x

I’m not feeling so hot this morning, so I made myself some warm Strawberry Pecan Skillet Crumble and topped it with @honeymamas ginger cardamom chocolate pieces. When I’m not feeling 100%, I always crave warm food and this crumble was perfect. The recipe will be coming in ONE WEEK when I launch my e-book 😉

On en a profité pour ramener les mini croissants et pain au chocolat (qu'elle a déjà tout engloutis à l'heure où je vous parle 😂)
Et moi je déguste mon délicieux pain perdu 😋😋
