Josh is our omelette 🍳 specialist around here 😍 I can make them but I’m too impatient with the egg 🥚😂 his always comes out amazing 😉 his latest creation is an egg 🍳 white, bacon 🥓, and 🧀 cheddar cheese omelette topped with a sautéed onion, tomato 🍅, mushroom 🍄, and jalapeño mixture. Sprinkled with fresh cilantro 🌿‼️ It was as tasty 😋 as it looks!

Fried lobster anyone? I’ve fried literally everything from chicken to butter but I’ve never fried lobster.. I don’t think I’ve ever even tasted fried lobster! So that’s exactly what I did. And the outcome? Phenomenal! I used a light beer batter so to have a fantastic crisp with every bite and paired it with my fried zucchini sticks which are equally addictive! Is this not a beauty or what? If you love lobster, you’re going to love this! Now, what should I fry next.. 🤔
