- Start off by placing your elbows on top of your knees for an isolation of your bicep peak, focus on squeezing at the top of the movement and slowly controlling the weight on the way down. Go straight into a laying down position and focus on keeping your elbows in as you get a full stretch of your biceps and then bring them all the way up and squeeze at the top once again.
- Perform a rep count of 12/10/8 (each movement)
- By switching the angles of pull for the same muscle group you activate different muscle fibers and create a better reaction of the muscle being train.
