My favourite part of photographing at the @ualberta, is that every inch of the campus has a story. Every person attending the campus has a different story. There are people from all over the world that come here to study; to grow and to educate themselves. People spend many years on this campus. They go through trials and tribulations, love and heartbreaks, happy days and sad days and stressful times and celebrated times. The architecture is one of a kind, from historical buildings dating back to the early 1900’s to modern style architecture. The University of Alberta is a beautiful place and one of my favourite places to photograph!

Blazing red-hot Zinnia, a common garden flower, originating in Mexico where it grows wild. Here is a thought-provoking assertion by famous existential psychologist Rollo May (found in his wonderful little book entitled “My Quest For Beauty”): “Good art wounds as well as delights. It must, because our defenses against the truth are wound so tightly around us. But as art chips away at our defenses, it also opens us to healing potentialities that transcend intellectual games and ego-preserving strategies.”

So uhh, remember when I told you that you were so awesome for sharing Blu's post and found him a home that way? Can we do that all over again? But this time for this cutie called Zeta. She's super fun, very playful and open for training. She seems quite young and she loves cuddles too. Too bad I didn't have a behind the scenes paparazzi, because she actually layed right down on my lab and asked for belly rubs when we had our photoshoot. She also had fun running with my best ever assistant called husband and playing with my squeaky toy. Please share, like/love and comment the heck out of this post. Let's find this beauty a new home.
