* NO break between exercises ; rest 30 seconds in between rounds
* for the first 2 exercises, use a weight that is challenging but allows you to move fast and efficiently. my KB is 35 lbs

3️⃣ single leg Bulgarian split pulses (bodyweight)

I have struggled my whole life with having a booty, and had to build it from nothing and was always pretty annoyed that I didnt carry much fat in that area.
This prep has made me so thankful for having to build that muscle because shredding down, the booty hasnt gone anywhere.

Squatting heavy again!
When I first started lifting weights my favorite exercise was squats!
I was very skinny when I started & I wanted to add more size to my body.
But then I started competing in fitness & I couldn’t do heavy squats while I was competing because my legs would get so big😫
Now I don’t care and I want to train for fun😼
My max is 110 kg but now its closer to 60 kg🙈
