Guess where we are off tomorrow!! B A L I 🌴☀️ we are both in a really weird place of feeling home sick, unmotivated and slightly lost. So going back to Bali for a little relaxation and hopefully sunshine is just what the doctor ordered! ☀️
This was one of the most amazing, life changing experiences of my life. Lady Elliot island @ladyelliotislandecoresort is a jewel seemingly hidden away from the rest of the world. Being an eco reserve means wildlife thrives in the reef surrounding the island.
Going out on the glass bottom boat I had so many mixed emotions...excitement, fear, surprise etc. We circled around the reef, getting to see turtles and all sort of fish, until we stopped over a group of fish that were madly circling in what appeared to be a fish tornado. Our tour guide explained the fish often did that when predators were near by, the other family on the boat shouted “YAY” and started to put their gear on. My immediate reaction was “get me out of here NOW”😰 but some how I managed to hop in. I only got about 10 ft away from the boat when I saw this black tipped reef shark swimming right below me. Before I knew what was happening I started to swim behind it, following it with my GoPro. I am still in disbelief that I actually swam with sharks, and captured footage of this epic moment.
I now use this memory as a reminder that I can do anything. If I can do anything you can too, so here’s your daily reminder that you’re amazing and deserve mind blowing experiences just like this💛💛
“Iluminar para sempre,
Iluminar por toda a eternidade.
Iluminar e só.
Esse é o meu lema, e o do Sol.”✨ .

Can’t post pictures about ‘doing’ Cornwall without a picture of Pedn Vounder could we? 😊 What better than from the GoPro of @benji_gopro who has probably taken a GoPro to every corner of Cornwall 🙌🏼. Cameras and the Cornish coastline tend to get on pretty well, don’t they? #walkingcornwall 📸
