I am the kind of person who is acutely aware of my strength and yet me don't force it on others. I prefer keeping to myself and I like minding my own business until someone provokes me unnecessarily, which is when I unleash my inner beast. 🐱🐱 Miaow... 😘

I was going to write that we are lucky to live like this quote; but then I look back at what we have done job wise before we became Amour and realize we MADE this happen. You don’t wake up one day and have the job of your dreams. You have to make decisions and sacrifices to get to where you want to be. Fear of change or failure will stop more dreams being achieved than anything else. So BE BRAVE, BE HONEST and decide. What would you REALLY like to be doing on a Monday morning for work 🤔? *p.s cake tasting is not a real job, I’ve looked into it 😕🎂
Brand NEW #Monday 👏🏼😃 - Prepare your mind .
When I think about Monday, a million ideas 💡 flood into my mind. I feel a surge of energy to accomplish and inch closer to my #goal 🔥 So grateful 🙏🏼 for Mondays. Another chance to have a PHENOMENAL week. .
Last week I was stuck in a negative cycle (funk) where nothing felt “good” and my creativity was at an all time low.. and I realized that I must prepare my mind for such situations. Life is too short to wallow in sadness and hopelessly 😩 wait for such phase to pass. .
👇🏼 I made a quick list of things to battle the “funk” the next time it pays me a visit .
🌸 On days when I feel “low” I will engage in passive research about topics that I enjoy ❤️ disconnect all social media and watch/learn about things you love. Eg - I did a mini cooking tutorial 🤓
🌸 Journaling - pouring out exactly what i feel to a paper 📝 is very helpful. When you write your problems, the Brain 🧠 kicks into overdrive in an attempt to think of solutions to those problems. It’s insanely effective. .
🌸 Running - this week I did cardio 3x times and lifted weights only twice. Running is a mood booster - and especially if you have a favorite podcast/book to listen to. .
🌸 Stalk your favorite bloggers. It’s insane how someone else’s productivity can energize you. I spent hours on @natacha.oceane@meggangrubb YouTube channels 💖 simply watching her cook her food, get ready and chill. .
It’s easy to curl up and feel bad for yourself, but I urge you to refocus your mind on things you are passionate about - passively engage in them. Don’t take action. But don’t sit idle and wallow. It’s toxic for your mind and body. .
