I had a rough morning of a mental battle, but I came out ahead.
I've had sore calves all week. I had an early morning commitment that prevented me from a morning run. I had to decide to battle the heat and sore calves or not. I decided to take the battle to the streets! Boom baby!!

Berjumpa 2 wanita setrong yang udah lelarian dari jam 5 pagi. Baju kuning dan ms. pink @menikinem larinya baru 6k, bude @novaningayu dan @definnafirman udah 16k. Dan si topi kuning masih terus aja lelarian long run 30k. Juara banget budeee 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Kita tungguin sambil sarapan ya 😂😂 By the way, we sooo colorful today 💝💙💛💜

Well, it’s official. 35 weeks pregnant and still running! I’ve slowed way down, my runs pre-pregnancy we’re in the 7:30-8:30 pace range, my distance has progressively decreased, my workouts are modified, but I’m still able to get it done. I felt good this morning, so I decided to lace up and attempt to get some miles in. 3 miles of walk/run repeats: 4-5 minutes running followed by 1-2 minutes walking, at 12:49 pace added to the 👶🏼🏦! It might not seem like much to some, but this was a huge accomplishment for me, and I’m so proud of what my body has been able to accomplish throughout this pregnancy. Our bodies are amazing, and we are always stronger than we think! 💪🏼
