- 1 papa
- 1 zanahoria
- 1 pechuga de pollo
- 1 cuchara de queso mantecoso
- 1 cuchara de vinagre de manzana y 2 de vinagre balsámico
- 1 cuchara de miel @miski_honey 💕🍯
- 1 cuchara de aceite de oliva
- 1 cuchara de ajo molido
- 1 cuchara de ketchup y de mostaza 🤔 ( si algunos dirán waca que tienes! Pero realmente no saben el sabor que le dan a las comidas 😊) Preparación:
En una olla añadimos el aceite y el ajo, luego añadimos el pollo, zanahoria y papa (previamente sancochados). Añadimos los vinagres y movemos.
Añadimos el queso, la miel y movemos. Finalmente añadimos el ketchup y la mostaza y movemos. Si está seco le añadimos un chorrito de agua (pa q aumente😂😜) Dejamos que todo se agregue bien y va ir tomando consistencia unos 5 minutos a fuego lento... This meal is giving me so @braeofsunshine vibe right nowwww. But it’s so good soooo😂 no but I’ve come to the conclusion that if I could only eat one thing my whole life, it would be oatmeal. I found myself, making it for breakfast, sometimes snack, and even dessert. Ya😂 food is fuel and oatmeal is the best type of fuel. Make yourself a bowl of oats😉 but today I helped out with the learn to row kids again, and today my coach had me cox...oof. First of all I’ve never done that in my life, I’ve only imagined how I would cox myself off the dock, but like never actually done it. I was really nervous, scared I was going to flip a whole boat of kids. I didn’t, they all came back dry. But my point is, the only thing you can do to grow is do something you’ve never done. I preach this all the time, literally in my last post but, it’s true. Change leads to growth. Even if you completely fail, maybe even miserabley, hey you live and you learn and you grow. Today I learned that, 1. It takes hard work to be a coxswain 2. I will not make a good coxswain 3. How to steer a boat which can help with my rowing to make turns easier for the coxswain, lastly 4. You gotta be really chill to not freak out the rowers because if you freak they freak(I learned while docking). This isn’t the only time I was challenged as a rower while helping but, doing things that challenge you are great. Today I challenge you, do one thing different. Smoothie bowl kind of morning! I have today off so I’m packing for Diabetes Camp next week (I’ll be doing dietitian duty). Super excited for a change of scenery! But apparently it’s supposed to rain!? 🤷🏻♀️
Today’s smoothie ingredients: 1/2 avocado, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds, 1 Tbsp sesame seeds, 10 drops of stevia, ice cubes, water and 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder(for the good ol’ adrenals). .
Topping: cacao nibs, shredded coconut and chopped strawberries (also added some Nola)
I think we all know how obsessed with 🥑 I am, and I am #notashamed at all! 🤷🏻♀️ I have about a third of avo almost everyday, and ever since adding more fat to my diet, I’ve noticed great changed in my skin and just how much better I feel 😌 RECIPE for my staple VEGAN PROTEIN-AVO PUDDING 👉🏼 1/2 🥑, 1 med. 🍌 (frozen or fresh, it’s up to you), 1 scoop of protein of choice (@myproteinsk pea isolate), 1 tbsp cocoa and ca. 100ml plant milk 👉🏼 blend that all up and stuff your pretty face with it 😋 (also works great for meal prep) 🌱

Anyone want cookies for breakfast?? I think yes! I’ve been getting into having smoothies for breakfast and I always like to pair them with something little to nibble on the side! These are perfect! If I end every day with dessert why not start it off that way too?
Dried Cherry 🍒Coconut Breakfast Cookies 🍪
deets👉🏻 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup slivered almonds, 1/4 cup dried unsweetened cherries, 1/4 cup almond butter, 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce, tbsp melted coconut oil, tbsp maple syrup, tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp baking powder and soda, 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal 3 tbsp water, let sit for 10-15 mins) and tons of cinnamon
• form into 7-8 cookies on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins
**last 5 mins sprinkle coconut shavings on top**
Let completely cool before storing them away!
Perfect along side a smoothie, crumbled on top of yogurt or even have a few on their own!

This dish is packed with Protein, Fiber, Calcium, Antioxidants and Omega-3’s! 🌿🍓🍌🍏🥝
For 2 servings: Combine 6 tbsp chia seeds, with 2 cups of your choice of nut milk (I use almond or coconut usually, but hemp or cashew milks are also great ones to try if you haven’t before), add 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 tbsp of maple syrup (or honey), and combine the above ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with a fork or whisk, wait 5 min and mix again. I love sprinkling in a TON of cinnamon, all spice, and nutmeg too! Then leave overnight in fridge to set. 🤗🙌🏼
When you’re ready to eat, top or layer your chia seed pudding with your choice or fruits, granola, hemp seeds, etc. Have fun and enjoy playing around with this super versatile dish! .

. 150g oats
. 150g coconut oil
. 3 tbsp agave nectar
. 1tbsp golden syrup . 50g light brown sugar
Melt these two together then add anything you like! I’ve added raisins, apricots, almonds and pecans!
I’m super grateful to see another Monday. I’m going to be honest, I had a tough weekend and I’m not here to complain. Crispy toasted sourdough, vegan pesto, avocado, fluffy scrambled eggs, and microgreens - one of the only savory breakfasts i can get down with 👏🏻
Also I’d like to mention i had a piece of toast with peanut butter and banana, and then probably a couple spoonfuls of nut butter after, as per usual for pretty much every meal i post. What you see on here is not always reality, a girl’s gotta eat!!

5 ingredients, 15 minutes, simple and damn delicious breakfast is DONE ✅ love brining it back to basics with a @whole30 breakfast plate of all my faves 🙌🏻 .
DA GOODS: 2 soft scrambled @vitalfarms eggs (using @wernou technique!) topped with basil from my garden, sweet potato (steamed for 5 mins then crisp up in a pan with @chosenfoods avo oil and salt + pepper, avocado and baby tomatoes
