Don’t compare yourself to anyone ever. That’s what makes you stand out. That’s what makes you unique. That’s what makes you noticed. The difference. Not the similarity. Not the thinking “I’m not good enough””I need more” “I’m not like her.” That’s ok! That’s beautiful.
I was scrolling through Instagram and doing some marketing research yesterday and got caught in the oh I should do this, delete this, change this. Then I brake checked myself and went WOAH! I’m a wife and mom first and foremost, I’m an entrepreneur who likes to make things pretty second, and I have a passion for motivating other women and lifting them up. That’s it. That’s the sweetest little life and what it’s all about! Find your niche and what your all about and then don’t change a thing!!!!!
✨ She leaves a little sparkle wherever she goes. ⠀

Do you ever look at your life and go...”this is totally not what I pictured but it’s totally the best picture for me!?“ (currently headed to school to surprise my youngest 😉) That’s definitely how I feel lately! 😂 .
I never planned to make a career as a stay at home mom out of network marketing. I already had my hands full with my girls, my 2 other jobs, and of course everything that goes along with running a household! But what I discovered is that network marketing is the wave of the future! Did you know that 80% of women who make over $100,000 a year do so through network marketing? Crazy right!?! Because here’s the cool thing! When you find something you love and you believe in 100% you want to share it with everyone! It’s like that new shirt you just got at Old Navy for $1.99! You have to share the love with your friends!!! 💕 and as you build your business you have true financial freedom through residual income. This allows me to continue to live my life without feeling like I’ve added a ton to my plate. I’m able to contribute to my family financially, without leaving them because my business is all through my cell phone 🙌🏻 and so if you’re working mama and you want to come home with those babies I’m here to tell you there is a way to do that! And if you’re a stay-at-home mama and we need a way to keep staying at home with those babies I am living proof there’s a way to do that! 🤗Y’all know I’ve been pretty passionate sharing about these amazing plant-based supplements that have changed my life! And now I feel the same way about this business opportunity. As women we want our cake and to eat it too. 👌🏻With plexus I have that opportunity and I’m so blessed to share it with other women who want to do the same 💕

Fab yet simple preactivation exercise for the #arches#solidfoundations#fromthegroundup#kineticsmart#rehabilitation#exerciseismedicine#movementismedicine#itsthelittlethings#Repost@thebarefootpodiatrist with @get_repost
* Pre-Activate the Arch *
This is a great exercise for activating the abductor hallucis muscle which abducts and flexes the big toe, as well as supports the arch of the foot! It is a crucial for this muscle to be working well for healthy foot function.
I find this exercise is a good warm up (pre-activation) for people struggling with the “short foot / torque foot” exercises (in previous posts) that further strengthens the abductor hallucis muscle.
1. Have feet placed flat on the ground and pivot one foot out to about 45 + degrees.
2. Push the big toe into the ground.
3. Pivoting from the heel, drag the big toe (maintaining contact with the ground) back towards the other foot until feet are parallel.
4. Keep heel on the ground.
5. Repeat 3 sets of 10 on each foot.
Once the arch is activated and you feel some muscle engagement on the inside of the arch, you’re ready for some short foot drills!
This little mint leaf made my day.
I don’t know why I’m so cheesy but I love when things are accidentally in the shape of a heart.

TV......I’m sure other people will manage it but I found it impossible to make my tv look beautiful or interesting it is after all a household appliance and not a very pretty one at that! #day23#myhousethismonth#tvunit

This is me expecting nothing but appreciating absolutely everything 🗝
Having twins is hard. No, it’s hard AF.
There are so many things that the books don’t tell you. You spend months planning. You prepare and prepare as you watch them grow during weekly ultrasounds.. but there is nothing like living it.
There are some days that turn into nights and I’m still drinking my first cup of coffee that’s 16 hours old and cold. There are some days.. well most days, I have to let one cry because I’m consoling the one who was crying loudest or first (twin Mom guilt is real y’all and I’d venture to guess it only gets worse). There are some days we go on our “mental health walks” and they are screaming the entire time through the neighborhood but mommy needs some vitamin D and fresh air.
Having twins is hard AF.
I envy the moms that can just pick up their one infant and go to target or to the grocery store. Me- I’m packing double. Double bottles. Double diapers. Double change of clothes. Right now I’m on a 3 hour time crunch that may or may not have both babies on the same schedule (spoiler alert 🚨 today they are about an hour apart in feedings 🤷🏻♀️) as I try and get out the door and *hopefully* get one errand done before one of them needs something.
But while having twins is hard AF and some days my only goal is to get to the end of the day with them alive.. I can’t imagine only having one baby. We have so much love for these boys it’s unbelievable. My heart is so much fuller. 💙💙 our relationship is stronger. We have laughed more in the past 7 weeks than any other time & there are moments like this one that Jess captured last night. We went to our MoM meeting so the boys were up later than normal and we were a little behind on our nightly duties. Jess had been downstairs doing bottles and laundry and whatever else while I was trying to get them situated for bed. Yes we have the twin z pillow and table for two but sometimes there is nothing better than holding the two babies you made from scratch. So while having twins is hard AF, there is no way I’d change it for the world. *
“I live to enjoy life by the littlest things, feeling the grass between my toes, breathing fresh air, watching the wind sway the trees, enjoying the company of loved ones, a deep conversation, getting lost in a good book, going for a walk in nature, watching my kids grow up. Just the feeling itself of being alive, the absolute amazing fact that we are here right now, breathing, thinking, doing.” ― Marigold Wellington ✨✨✨ i have nothing to say but.. yes. yes. and yes. ✨✨✨ #itsthelittlethings#appreciateitall#loveitall#tiubikiniseries
Rain rolling down the windows and this bourbon cedar @terralite candle👌🏻... I’m a bit of a candle addict and couldn’t resist this vegan coconut wax candle! The subtle vanilla and cardamom scents really balance out the cedar and orange creating such a relaxing aroma.
