BREAKING: World and Olympic 800m champion Caster Semenya is to challenge "unfair" rules affecting some female athletes.
Semenya will fight the ruling at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas).
▪️ "It is not fair. I just want to run naturally, the way I was born," said the 27-year-old South African.
▪️ "I am Mokgadi Caster Semenya. I am a woman and I am fast."

Chest: Bench Press
Front Delt: Overhead Press
Side Delt: Dumbbell Lateral Raise

Forearms: Farmers Carry
Abs: Ab Roller
Obliques: Dumbbell Side Bend
Sticking with 3-5 sets of 3-6 reps for strength gain and 8-15 reps for muscle gain most of the time will give you the results you want.

When running outside or on a treadmill don’t forget to utilize various tempos to target different heart rate zones to really get your heart working.
Some ways you can program these different tempos is by doing interval training for sprints and runs while doing steady state for jogs.
Sprint: 15 sec sprint/ 45 sec rest
Run: 30 sec run/ 30 sec rest
Jog 20-25 min steady pace
On top of weight loss some of added the benefits of adding more cardio to your workouts is having a more efficient heart which have shown to improve brain function, improve sleep, and alleviate depression.
So get out there and start running!
Had to move out of my studio for a few hours for some plumbing, so I decided to escape the banging and go for a run. The farthest (12 miles) since the marathon — never have I felt *less* like a gazelle. Staggered back, ate my way through 3 kinds of leftovers and now I’m having a bath. Then I should probably do some actual work.
