The journey of the past year has really changed my perspective on many things. I was in some dark places in that process of dealing with the fact that “I” had cancer. It’s still difficult to wrap my brain around.
Somehow, someway, even in the darkest moments, I had an underlying determination to win.
And with the love and support of all of you out there, i did.
Now, I just want to share with as many as I can that you too can conquer those Life challenges that come your way.

Usually when I go for a run it's where I find calm and peace. I can turn off my mind and just go, almost forgetting that I am running but knowing that it feels good to move. Today though? The beginning of my run I was distracted by my legs and annoyed at how they looked... and kept staring at them ( as if that was going to change anything) after a few miles and some time to think on it this is what I ended up with by the time I was done:
While I know it's normal to be critical of yourself and strive to make improvements it's also normal to be realistic. I am a human and my legs will probably always giggle when I run 🤷🏼♀️ While I'll probably always be a stupid girl who is insecure about her body I will also strive to be one who is proud of what it's capable of. I respect the hell out of my body for all the crazy badass shit I put it through and for being stronger than I sometimes realize, flaws and all.

There’s this arrowhead that follows you, that arrowhead that never leaves you alone. There’s this arrowhead that can kill you, that will shead you into a sea of tears of blood if its tip touches you. It is running with the wind current, not slower, but perhaps a bit faster. It was next to you when you were first born; it whispered into your ears “I’ll wait here for a while, but I beg you, don’t let me get close to you!” Of course you didn’t here it, no, the truth is that you acted as if you never heard it. You should run, run faster than it- faster than the wind current. If you fall, the distance between you is getting closer. You’ll have to run now, run really fast these day, because soon you’ll gratitude this race. You’ll reach the point where the distance is eternal. You’ve ran enough that you no longer have to move or even walk. You can just have a seat and enjoy your success. For now, you’ve got only one option: keep on running and try not to stop. Take your breath while running, and if you felt exhausted, jog and quickly retaliate...... but don’t stop. Don’t look back at to check the distance because you will become slower. The truth behind what the arrowhead whispered into your ears was “KEEP MOVING FORWARD.”

Last night’s Summer Kick Off Zumba®️ Class set my heart on fire! 🔥 So many great people and so much fun. I am keenly aware that getting to a fitness class is a sacrifice of time and energy and I never take that for granted. Never. And because of that, I’m gonna give them 100% every class. They’re worth it. ❤️
Profiter de la douceur de ce début de soirée en buvant un thé et en bouquinant le dernier Flow sur mon balcon.🍵☀ Découvrir page 58 ma librairie préférée mise en avant ! 😍 Mes (anciennes) libraires avec qui j'adorais travailler en région parisienne, celles chez qui j'amenais mes élèves de club lecture pour discuter de leur métier 📔, celles avec qui j'adorais partager mon amour de la lecture et qui m'ont offert des cadeaux quand elles ont su que je partais pour Metz 🎁, celles, enfin, qui ont accepté qu'on débarque pour un EVJF le mois dernier pour prendre un thé dans leur merveilleuse librairie salon de thé sont à l'honneur dans mon magazine préféré !💗🎉 Si vous passez près de Crécy-la-Chapelle, arrêtez-vous place du Marché et allez découvrir la jolie Librairie Café où Elizabeth, Céline et Alexandra se feront un plaisir de vous conseiller (du reste merci Élisabeth pour L'amie prodigieuse que j'ai découvert il y a peu... alors que vous me l'aviez conseillé il y a 2 ans !😓😇). C'est une belle surprise de lire cet article ce soir, alors que le résultat des mutations est tombé et que je n'ai pas obtenu ce que je souhaitais. Mais je garde le sourire, comme toujours.😊 Ça ne devait pas se faire cette année et je vois déjà beaucoup de positif à rester dans mon poste dans l'est de la Moselle l'an prochain, et notamment celui d'avoir un emploi du temps très confortable comme cette année (sur 3 jours), avec une collègue chouette avec qui travailler en binôme, des élèves attachants et de nouveaux projets. Je suis en train de peaufiner une idée qui allierait mon amour du yoga à mon métier pour les faire coïncider l'an prochain...🤔🙏Douce soirée à tous, ici je rebondis et je conserve mon oeil positif sur la vie.😄✨

As much as I have loved travelling and seeing the world for these past few months, there's nothing like snuggling up in my own bed 😊 I'm looking forward to spending the next couple weeks relaxing and spending time with my family (before I set out again 😋)
