"How was your vacation? How come you returned so early? Weren't you supposed to come on Friday?" Aisha was still looking at me questioningly.
I was left with so many more places to visit that I couldn't decide which one to leave out. Hence, I left everything. "You're so absurd. And what's with all the pictures being incomplete? See this, your Victoria memorial doesn't even have it's dome!" Aisha continued throwing that annoyed look at me.
I like keeping things incomplete in the hope that I can return to it again to complete it. It's like leaving a 'goodnight' text unseen so that I can reply to it the next day and try to never end that conversation. I am afraid of finishing things, leaving people, stop going to the places which were once my favourite hangout spots. But maybe that's not possible. The greatest essence of human beings is probably that, they leave, anyhow!
I’m gonna miss it. Everything. Living there, friends, views, sea, daily routine. Malta is not just an island, it’s a life style. But, we were thinking and planning moving for so long, so bye bye Malta and hello London 🇬🇧 💛 Photo by @diforus#malta#leaving#dayX#newchapter#newlife#london
