So my food & weight need to drastically change, I have a running plan to take me right up to the #londonmarathon and a nutrition plan loosely based on SW but without the plates full of white carbs so will keep within a set amount of calories too.
So lunch was wholewheat rice, chopped veg, sliced half my steak from tea last night , beetroot and I’m going to have some fruit #londonmarathon#weightloss#nellytherunner#followyourownstar
This weekend was spent in London for another great passion of mine live music and the mighty Foo Fighters 🎶 ❤️ Whilst out and about in Camden Garden before the gig we met 2 gorgeous people from Wagga Wagga 🇦🇺 He told me he had ran London Marathon and somehow we got on to Pilates they have even wanting to start for a while but struggle to get a class. When they get home they are going to sign up to Pilates For Real People classes... How cool is that?
Exercise, music and a glass of beer bringing people from around the world together 🎶🤟🏃🏼 🧘♂️ 🍻
Tried to channel my inner @kipchogeeliud and smile through the pain on my way to a 10k PR to kick off a 20 mile #w3run group run day at last week's #queens10k - feel like I may have taken it a bit far!
Happy birthday to meeeeeeeeeee... 🎂
And a little #throwback to the best day of the year so far, the @londonmarathon 😍 I love this photo... I felt strong, I felt motivated and I felt healthy.. probably the complete opposite of how I feel now, as I’m lying in bed with a chest of a 90 year old lady, banging headache and a temperature🤒🤧
I’m absolutely gutted that I can’t do one of my favourite things today (running, in case you hadn’t guessed LOL 🙃) and I’m really trying to fight off all the little voices in my head telling me that I’ll have gained weight/lost all my fitness/gone backwards bla bla just because I’ve had a couple of days rest & been off plan, but it’s hard 😖
But anyway, although today might be a bit of a write off, I did have an amazing weekend and still have other things to look forward to.. so maybe turning 27 won’t be all bad ❤️
